Soluble Fiber and Resistant Starch are the most powerful toxin removers for excess protein and iron buildup. Foods highest in Fiber: Crude Corn Bran, General Mills Fiber One, Raw Lemon with Peel, Cinnamon Spice, Wheat Bran, Liquid Pectin, Raw Endive, Raw Chicory.

Chlorella Algae will remove heavy metals. Fulvic acid binds with toxic heavy metals, as well as other pollutants, and carries them out of the body. Used also to create huge garden and plant yields, fulvic acid is capable of transporting molecules heavier than itself out of the body. It makes cell walls permeable, meaning that your body is better able to absorb and utilize nutrients. Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide is a perfect detoxer for the body, as it readily enters the cells, attaching to heavy metals, and drawing out toxins. It should only be used short term, or by using the schedule below.

What is the proper dilution scale for food grade hydrogen peroxide?
Dilution scale: Note 2 oz = o?= cup
Mix 2 oz of 35% hydrogen peroxide with 22 oz of distilled water = 24 oz 3.5% diluted hydrogen peroxide solution
Mix 2 oz of 17% hydrogen peroxide with 12 oz of distilled water = 14 oz 3.5% diluted hydrogen peroxide solution
Mix 2 oz of 12% hydrogen peroxide with 8 oz of distilled water = 10 oz 3.5% diluted hydrogen peroxide solution
Mix one part 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide with five parts of distilled water (.5% solution of hydrogen peroxide) or use a gallon of water by taking out 20 oz. of water and replaying it with 20 oz. of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide.

SCHEDULE FOR FOR 35% H2O2 per 8oz of water

1st day, use 9 drops total, (3 drops, 3 times / day)
2nd day, use 12 drops total, (4 drops, 3 times / day)
3rd day, use 15 drops, (5 drops, 3 times / day)
4th day, use 18 drops, (6 drops, 3 times / day)

To make a 3% Solution (Using 35%): Mix 1 oz. of 35% hydrogen peroxide into 11 oz. of distilled water. This makes 3/4 pint of 3% solution. A good maintenance would be 5 o?= 15 drops per week, depending on the amount of cooked and processed foods you are eating. If the above amounts are too much, back off to an amount of intake you feel comfortable with. Stay at that level until you get the results you are looking for. If you have a weak stomach, try using 1 oz. of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide in 8 oz. of milk, vegetable juice, fruit juice, non-sugary, non-alcoholic or non-carbonated beverage. After using food grade hydrogen peroxide for a while, you can adjust how much you take, depending on how intuitive your body needs it.

Take on an empty stomach, 1 hour before a meal, or an hour after a meal. If your stomach gets upset at any level, stay at that level, or go back one level. Note: Candida victims may need to start at 1 drop 3 times per day. For more serious complaints stay at 25 drops, 3 times per day for 1 o?= 3 weeks.

Detox Bath:
1 o?= cups Epsom Salt and o?= cup Baking Soda in your bath water and soak for about 20 minutes or longer.

Herbs for Fasting

One of the best times to fast is during full and new moons. We can use the higher ion energy from the moon in the air to help detox the body. During the new moon the air is filled with more negative ions (negative ions are beneficial for health and healing), and during a full moon, the air is filled with an overabundance of positive ions. Be sure your body has been filled with adequate nutrition just before the time you start your fast (taking plenty of Spirulina, Flax Seeds, Wheatgrass and other supernutrients 24 to 48 hrs beforehand.) During the fasting period, be sure to keep your body properly hydrated. When fasting, the best herbs for detoxing are Burdock, Milk Thistle, yellow dock root, sarsparilla root and licorice root. A good 24 to 48 hour fast on these herbs with plenty of water will also help increase the metabolism of the liver.

Other powerful periods of high energy include the solstices and equinoxes, especially if they fall on or near a full moon. The winter solstice and spring equinox are 2 of the mostly charged periods of the year. Its interesting that these high energy periods "feed" our bodies, giving us a chance to detox and remove toxins from our body. After fasting for long periods, it is best to let your body slowly get used to food again. The best foods to restart with are predigested foods such as honey. Also soft fresh fruits such as raspberries and banannas are good starters.

If you are detoxing your body during these periods, a full detox should last a minimum of 7 days. Detoxes work best during early spring and again around summer time. The Nitric Oxide Connection

As we age, our blood vessels and nitric oxide system become less efficient due to free radical damage, inactivity, and poor diet, causing our veins and arteries to deteriorate. Athletes and youth have the most optimal nitric oxide systems, reflecting their energy and resilience. Think of a fire hose as water rushes through it to put out a fire - it needs to expand enough to handle the pressure, still keeping enough force to put out the fire. Nitric Oxide moves proteins throughout our body, increasing regeneration. Nitic Oxide has a very brief life, just like the longivity substances reservatol and during DNA repair.

Ways to increase nitric oxide is by exercise and by consuming the amino acids L-arginine and L-citrulline. Arginine directly creates nitric oxide and citrulline inside the cell. Citrulline is then recycled back into arginine, making even more nitric oxide. Pistachios and Sesame Seeds are naturally high in Arginne. L-arginine and L-citrulline also increase the flow of blood and oxygen to the skeletal muscles, creating strength and endurance. It also facilitates the removal of excess lactic acid build-up, reducing fatigue and recovery time.

How Light Weight Molecular Substances Contribute to Longivity

The key to successful renewal of the body is to have the minerals small or light enough so they can pass into the cells, bones and tissues and do their cleansing and nutrient delivery. Alpha Lipoic Acid is one miracle that does this because it is fat and water soluble, easily penetrating both barriers. The anaerobic bacteria in the soil also play a significant role in preparing inorganic minerals for absorption by plants. This is accomplished through the bacteria or plant's membranes converting high molecular weight humus minerals into low molecular weight molecules.

There are various ways to convert heavy weight substances into low weight substances. Enzymes are one source, another is via acids, such as the hydrochoric acid in our stomach, and another is by taking ionized minerals. The best way is by mixing Omega 3's with a calcium carbonate, making it super water soluble, allowing it for rapid penetration into the body.

The alkaline metal barium, is used in sugar refining to make the molecules in sugar smaller, thus making them more water soluble by the body, leading to increased energy. From this we can conclude that taking calcium carbonate substances with an alkaline substance makes it much more easier for absorption into the body.

As mentioned previously, research has revealed that remarkable bone regeneration and resorption characteristics occurred when animal bone implants were impregnated with a low molecular weight humic substance (fulvic acid) prior to transplant. The bone implant then became highly osteoconductive, and served the host tissue as a "guide-line" for the deposition of newly developing bone tissue. The same transplant procedure without the fulvic acid showed no signs of regeneration during the course of the experiment.

The 2 most powerful methods that make the body quickly alkaline are lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. They are the two elements with the lightest molecular weight. They also contain the most number of loose hydrogen atoms.

Low molecular weight alcohols have been shown to be excellent ingredients for growing antimicrobials.

Sucrose, Maltose and Dextrin are low weight molecular carbohydrates. These feed good bacteria in the stomach.

Beta Carotene and Vit E have the lowest molecular weight. B vitamins are heavy, helping create beneficial bacteria in the stomach.

Glutamic acid, which removes ammonia from the body is of low molecular weight.

Magnesium Sulphate, used to make mineral water, is of low molecular weight.

Sulphuric acid is of low molecular weight.

Monosacchrides contain only a single molecule structure that allows easy absorption by the intestine wall. Monosaccharides include glucose (dextrose), fructose (levulose), galactose, xylose and ribose. Monosaccharides are also in highest quantities in fruit that is overripe.

The Polyphenols Connection

Polyphenols are some of the most powerful antioxidants known and include the tocopherols, which are secondary plant substances. They come from the DNA rebuilding substance phenylalanine (the rebuilder of DNA. They exist in abundance in the apple. One commercialized polyphenol is Apple Polyo?=, a pure fruit extract made from baby apple skins- the world's richest natural source of water-soluble apple polyphenols. Apple Polyo?= contains over 25,000 ORAC units per gram. This commercial brand of polyphenol has been shown to eliminate baldness by growing new hair when rubbed into the scalp.

Ellagic acid, a phytochemical found in red raspberries, has been used in fruit fly experiments to significantly extend the lifespan of flies. Ellagic Acid in combination with glucose, makes a water-soluble compound that is easily absorbed by the body. Hoodia Gordonii and Ellagic acid are an excellent combination. Ellagic acid is highest in pomegranate and can be found in berries (raspberries, strawberries), grapes, nuts, milk thistle and garlic.

Because cold showers and polyphenols increase catalase in the body, this confirms the research that Polyphenols when exposed to cold, increase their concentration, due to the elevated thermal levels that occur.

Foods highest in polyphenols include: Dark bitter chocolate and unsweetened cocoa and extra Virgin Olive Oil.
