The best way to get new oxygen into the body is via exercise and taking herbs and foods that increase oxygen in the body before exercising. These include: Comfrey, Echinacea, Black Walnut, Gotu Kola, Cornmeal, Suma Root, Organic Germanium, Maitake, Vitamin B6, Astragalus, Vitamin B12 (high in Cobalt) and Wheatgrass.

The herb Cordyceps has been shown to help the body utilize oxygen up to 50% more efficiently. Cold showers will increase the oxygen of the body, thus increasing Catalase levels. Food grade hydrogen peroxide also boosts oxygen levels in the body. However, never take a cold shower and than perform exercise, as your body will develop premature cramps.

Excess oxygen levels will contribute to excess free radicals, causing premature aging. As stated earlier in this book, researchers showed that lab rats lived for two to three years in a normal environment, but only survived for three days when raised in a pure oxygen environment.

The Proper Ratios of Anti-Aging Foods

Nature automatically provides many of these ratios for us in foods we consume. However sometimes you may want to take supplements and extracts and it is important to know the right ratios when you do so. Most foods contain an average ratio that may or may not be higher depending on soil, geographic area of growth and the season.

The famous 2:1 ratio is key to many successful chemical reactions and is also used successfully in electronic and high technology applications. When vegetables and plants are in certain 2:1 ratios, it increases the effectiveness of the compound, making it more effective.
Foods that have a proper Calcium to Phosphorous ratio are those foods that have anti-aging, longivity qualities. Human Breast Milk contains a 2:1 ratio of calcium to phosphorus. It contains numerable substances that revitalize and regenerate the body by rebuilding DNA. The most important of all are indigestible polysaccharides, or sugars that enhance cell to cell communication.

Wheatgrass Juice, the anti-aging superfood, contains the following ratios:
(59 calories - 6.86 mg calcium, 6.80 magnesium, 21 phos - carb to protein 5.67 to 5.52)
Coconut Milk has the following ratios: 18 mg calcium 96 phos. Coconut Milk is quickly absorbed into the body, requiring little or no digestion.

The ideal carbohydrate to protein ratio is between 2 to 1 and 1 to 1. This perfect ratio makes it easy for the good bacteria to break down the proteins. You will find many longivity and anti-aging foods with this ideal ratio. Raw Peanuts have this perfect carb to protein ratio.

An ideal mix for amino acid absorption into the body is: Whey protein isolate, dextrose, 5 grams of L-Glutamine, and 5 grams of Creatine + 1 bottle of water.

Mung Beans have an ideal ratio: (30 calories - 13 mg calcium, 21 magnesium, 54 phos - carb to protein 5.94 to 3.94). Almost similar to that of Coconut Milk, therefore Coconut Milk and Mung Beans are a suitable combination. Mung beans, like wheat, are also easily influenced by geomagnetic forces, as many science researchers use Mung beans in magnetic field experiments.

Foods with a slightly higher carb to protein ratio will increase the metabolism of the thyroid. These include:
Kohlrabi (27calories - 24 mg calcium, 19 magnesium, 46 phos - carb to protein 6.2 to 1.7)
Turnips (28 calories - 30 mg calcium, 11 magnesium, 27 phos - carb to protein 6.43 to 0.9)

Foods that boost metabolism, burning away fat include: Cayenne Pepper, Salsa, Hot Peppers, Chili Sauce / Mustard, Ice Water, Green Tea (Iced or Hot), Apple Cider Vinegar Drink, Purple Cabbage, Celery, Brussel Sprouts, Grapefruit, Oatmeal.

The Proper Ratios of Compounds and Minerals:
Vitamin C to Cysteine - 3:1
Vitamin C to Vitamin E - Between 3 and 4:1
Vitamin B6 to Vitamin B12 - 4:1
All other B Vitamins - 1:1 ratios. This is because Vitamins B6 and B12 are the vitamins the body uses most for recovery and rejuvenation.
B6 to Magnesium is - 2:1
Zinc to Copper - 5:1 for females and 10:1 for males
Calcium to Magnesium - 2:1
Silica to Phosphorous - 3:1
Phospherous to Magnesium - 2:1
Potassium to Sodium - 3:1 - Healthy tissues in the body contain a Potassium/Sodium ratio of approximately 3 to 1. This ratio will reduce hypertention.

Fish Oil to Flax Oil - 2:1
Cod Liver oil to Wheat Germ - 2:1
Omega3 and Omega6 Oils - 2:1. Hemp Oil has an ideal Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio. Flax Oil and Hemp Oils are 2 of natures perfectly balanced Omega 3 to Omega 6 Oils.

Methods that Detox the Body Quickly

During the daytime, sodium and calcium readily enter your cells, and push out potassium and magnesium. Throughout the day, a build up of calcium and sodium occurs, along with diminished levels of potassium and magnesium. This can lead to feeling tired or having a lack of energy. When we sleep, the sodium and calcium, move back out of the cells, taking out toxins, and the potassium and magnesium move back in. The toxins than flow through the lymphatic system, than the blood, than the liver and finally into the colon where it is expelled. If you wake up tired every morning, this means there is a blockage somewhere in the system.

The lymphatic system is responsible for removing toxins out of the body. It is often referred to as the o?=back alleywayo?= for trash removal of the body. There are a multitude of common natural herbs that help the lymphatic system work more efficiently. Some of the most popular are milk thistle, echinacea, burdock and seaweed. The kidneys and bladder are vital in the elimination of the toxins from the liver. While the proper function of the Kidney System can be maintained with tonic herbs such as rehmannia and he-sho-wu, there are also potent diuretic herbs that will stimulate the kidneys directly. These include dandelion, water plantain, and meadowswee. Dandelion Root is an excellent blood purifier that neutralizes acids and has a strong alkalinizing effect on the body and is rich in minerals and potassium. The metabolism of the liver should be at maximum levels in early spring (see flu prevention cures chapter for more details). The large intestine can be detoxed via the herbs aloe, marshmallow and bitter orange. Milk thistle cleans the liver and stimulates liver function to help it filter out impurities. Other herbs for the liver are turmeric, dandelion, burdock root, and licorice. Other good detox combinations include: Olive Leaf Extract & Red Desert Edible Mineral Rich Clay or Bentonite Clay or Psyllium husk and Edible clay. The ratio of psyllium husk to bentonite clay is 10:1 taken with plenty of water. The best clay to use is bentonite green clay, followed by red bentonite clay. During the early summer months, I take more clay than usual, as I feel that more toxins build up due to more heat.

Taurine and glutathione can improve the detoxification capacity of the liver and improve heart function.

Master Cleanse Recipe

The Master Cleanse involves eating no solid food. Instead, you drink a mixture of water, lemon juice, Grade B maple syrup, and Cayenne pepper. The rules are simple. Each day you drink 6-12 glasses of the following mix:

2 tablespoons lemon (or lime) juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
2 tablespoons of genuine "grade B" maple syrup (not maple flavored sugar syrup)
1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper
1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) of water, room temperature

This recipe not only helps detox the body, but will also boost your immune system. This should be taken for no more than 3 days in a row.

Removing Environmental and Airborne Metals From the Body

The body naturally detoxes itself, when the right foods are eaten, however just about everything we consume, including raw foods contain microscopic trace elements of mercury, aluminum, cadmium, lead and other residues.

The good news is these can be easily removed from the body via a good detoxing. When the body is purged of metal toxins, the enzymes glutathione, catalase and superoxide dismutase naturally rise. A clean system reduces the burden on the liver and kidneys considerably, allowing for elimination of toxins and proper absorption of nutrients into the body. I believe that proteins are the main "magnet" for these metals, storing them in fatty tissues, causing disease over the long term. This same process can be reversed. An example is taking cottage cheese and flax seed oil. The sulphur in the cottage cheese binds to the Omega 3's in flax oil, "pulling them out" of the tissues. Because oil and water don't mix, it causes a "repelling" effect.

Researcher Dr. Omura discovered an inexpensive, easy way to remove or chelate toxic metals from the nervous system and body tissues. Dr. Omura treated several patients for an eye infection called trachoma (granular conjunctivitis), which is caused by the micro-organism Chlamydia trachomatis. Following the standard treatment, Dr. Omura found that the patients' symptoms would initially clear up, only to recur within a few months. After taking a closer look, Dr. Omura found these organisms would "hide" and flourish in areas of the body where there were concentrations of mercury, lead, and aluminum. He discovered that the organisms were using these metals as a "shield" to protect themselves from the medicine. Using the leaves of the coriander plant (Cilantro), Dr. Omura was able to greatly accelerate the removal of mercury, lead, and aluminum from these hard to reach areas in the body.

Detoxing is a simple process, ranging from fasting, to taking special herbs and foods that remove toxic metals. From personal experience and from others finding the best time to detox the body, it is best done around Spring. It is interesting to note that only during the Spring season, the dandelion flower creates a special substance in its roots that combats stress in the body and boosts the immune system. Spring is also the time of year that warmer temperatures return, thus causing multiplication of bacteria, both good and bad, making the body more susceptible to viral infections and a suppressed immune system.
The Positive Charge of Toxins

The environment we live in, the foods we eat and other factors, create multiple positive and negative charges in our bodies. Increasing the negative ions in the blood activates cell funtionability. When there are more positive ions, such as resulting from acidity, or from exposure to a south pole magnetic field, the cell walls close and the ability to absorb nutrition and eliminate toxins is disabled. Through research done by Dr.Tanaka in Japan, it was discovered that when Negative Ionization is introduced, the calcium and natrium (salt) in the blood increases and mobilizes, as the blood is purified (Calcium ionizes at 6.1132 eV).

Alkaline minerals hold a strong negative charge. Mercury, aluminum, cadmium and lead hold a positive charge. When you increase the negative charge in your body, such as by making the body alkaline, it attaches to the positive polarity of the toxins, drawing them out of the body. Clay has a particularly strong negative ionic charge which magnetically attracts the positively-charged substances, including some bacterias. In order to effectively move them out of the body, you must drink plenty of water. In autism treatment centers, Bentonite clay baths are used to safely remove metals and toxins from the body.

Substances that Detox the Body via Polarization

One very strong substance that has a powerful negative charge is zeolite. Zeolite is an alkaline mineral attracting positively charged metals such as mercury, lead, nickel, aluminum, cadmium and other metallic toxins. Zeolites are microporous, aluminosilicate minerals commonly used as commercial absorbents. Most absorbents readily absorb toxins easily. Zeolite safely removes heavy metals and toxins better because their negative charge is soo strong. Zeolite comes in micronized powder, capsules and liquid.

Thioctic Acid is a chelating agent, which means it combines with heavy metals to yield complexes that can be eliminated by the body. Because it is both a water and fat soluble molecule (like Alpha Lipioc Acid), thiocitc acid has access to almost any tissue in the body and works within cells too. It also increases the intra cellular level of glutathione.

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulphur compound. As a source of sulphur, it helps eliminate heavy metals, just like the sulphur containing amino acids, by chelating the heavy metals and making them soluble.

IP6 rice bran extract is a selective chelator and has been shown to be a powerful body detoxifier and cleansing agent. It does not attach to potassium, sodium or magnesium, which are important electrolyte minerals required for heart rhythm.

Effective mercury chelators include: Garlic, selenium, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium, calcium, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Acetyl L-carnitine, and glutathione.

Natural Herbs that Remove Toxic Metals From the Body

Cilantro extract has been shown in clinical trials and research to mobilize mercury, tin, and other toxic metals stored in the brain and spinal cord, moving them rapidly out of those tissues.

Coriander or Cilantro combines well with Vitamin C.

Lemon and Extra Virgin Olive Oil when taken together act as a potent liver and gallbladder flush, detoxifying the liver, lowering biliruben levels, removing heavy metals, increasing the production of bile from the liver, stimulating lymphatic flow, and restoring the pH of your saliva.

Sulfur-containing amino acids such as cysteine and methionine help eliminate toxic metals. Raw yellow egg yolk will remove a build up of excessive proteins in the body, helping to reduce the load on the liver.

Garlic has been shown to protect the white and red blood cells from oxidative damage caused by metals in the blood stream. Garlic contains numerous sulphur components, including the most valuable sulph-hydryl groups which oxidize mercury, cadmium and lead and makes these metals water soluble.
