One of the easiest ways to look for this period is to watch when the moon is within 4 days of perigee, especially if it is really close to earth. Than look at the previous KP activity, if there was a rise or peak approximately 8 days ago and the moon is in perigee, than this is the "danger zone".

As shown above the day of bad bacteria I call a "condition red" day, and 8 days before this period, the KP levels are at high levels. This is because KP causes a "shielding" effect or "screens" out harmful energies. When it is flat there is no "shielding" effect, so bad bacteria occurs. This 8 day back high sometimes, but not always causes a "condition red". The most extreme periods occur when the moon is in perigee and when it is closest to earth. One interesting note is that when I perform mantras or affirmations within 24 hours of a perigee moon peaking, the results manifest faster than usual, especially during times of supermoons, and even more so during summer and when the moon is in Taurus. Its like a huge amount of mental energy is released at this time and projected into the universe, returning in your goals.

Because the suns activity is lessened from June to late December, the condition red periods are not as strong. The most dangerous periods are when the suns activity is gaining in strength, which is from January through late May. Also during December (in the northern hemisphere), the energies coming from Sagittarius are strongest, which boost the results from the exercises mentioned in condition yellow.

If you are in a location where there is high computer use, one example of how the energy of a solar flare can turn into a "negative" sine wave in a localized environment, is that if you are using a computer for long periods and someone is outside using a leaf blower, the vibrations from the leaf blower will create a "negative sine wave" in the surrounding environment, causing you to feel quite uncomfortable. This occurs because the vibration from the leaf blower is interfering with the frequency coming from the screen of the computer monitor.

In summary, you will always find that the more "developed" the country, the higher the rate of allergies in the population. During this cycle there are 2 major stimulation points that enter the body. There is also 1 danger period right in the middle or overstimulation. An overstimulation meaning all the energy from a solar flare, the body experiences bad health during this time. I have named this period the condition red zone. Stimulation periods mean the body has a stronger immunity to bad health and illness. During the good stimulation periods, it is a good time to take foods and do exercises that heal the body.

The process is outlined below:

Usually just before a solar flare, there will be 3 days in a row of increasing C class sunspot activity and increased X-Ray Background Flux Levels. This is known as the condition blue period. This is a good time to generate faith, belief and take potent healing foods such as Aloe, Ormus etc. This period is strongest during the solar flares that occur around June/July.

Right at the point where the number of C Class solar flares totals 8, the stimulation of the body is maximized. As the C flares continue to increase, leading up to the peak of the solar flare, going past 8, we move into a condition Red. This is also known as the peak of the solar flare where the energy is maximized. These are time when huge amounts of energy reach earth, stimulating non-human and possibly advanced life forms with these huge energies. In humans they overstimulate the immune system and can cause bad health.

The harhest effects of these outbursts are felt if the suns activity has been quiet for a while, or when the X-Ray Background Flux Levels have been below 4.0 for a period of time. This quiet period is most common from December to January, than starts becoming more active again around February to April. When the X-Ray Background Flux Levels rise to above 4.0, and there are 8 or more C Class solar flares, it has a huge shock on the body because it has been so used to a quiet period for the last few months.

Now after the solar flare has died down, the sunspots will also usually go into a decline. If there are still more than 8 C Class Solar flares burning at this time, it will lead into a condition red. During condition red periods, watch stress levels, the amount of exercise performed and I take the superflare mix shown on the condition red page to help with these excess energies during this time.

During the dying down process of the solar flare another stimulation period is reached. As the C class flares drop to the threshold of 8 or less, a new wave of stimulation enters the body. This is called the Condition Green period. It is also during this period that the sunspots will also rise and the X-Ray background levels will have been dropping for the last 3 consecutive days. This is the best and most powerful time to regenerate the body via the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise (see book for instructions). If the moon is headed towards or near perigee, this rejuvenative energy is boosted even more. It is at these times the regenerative energy using the pole balancing exercise flows strongest. If the solar wind happens to jump its wind speed from 350 to a higher speed, it seems to cause an amplification of the effects.

I believe, because the pine cone is so relevant in Christianity and other religions, that the pine cone is one of the few natural items that can absorb these powerful solar energies at their peak, acting as some sort of biological capacitor, releasing this energy at a later date for any manner of uses.

How the Stimulation Process Works

It is best to how nature uses it, as we are also made from the same materials nature is made of. It is a well known fact that Algae Blooms, especially in Northern California are strongest from February to March. This happens to be the time that the sun is increasing in strength or the energy of the sun is just starting to grow stronger. This also means that February/March happen to be the best times of year to rebuild the body via exercise. This period to rebuild the body via exercise also occurs just before a solar flare, with the class flare numbers being between 4 and 8. Now lets take a look at natural fertilizers that stimulate plant growth. One of these is called Superthrive. It is high in Vitamins, the same vitamins that Algae use to feed on. It has been noted from research that doing the above exercises execssivel or at the wrong times can overstimulate the immune system, leading to allergies and other unnecessary problems.

In conclusion performing physical exercise to rejuvenate the body just before a solar flare when the C class flares are between 4 and 8 is strongest, as shown as a condition yellow on this site. To rejuvenate the body via the ancient Egyptian pole balancing exercise it is best done when the C Class flares are dropping and reach between 8 and 4 C class flares, as in the condition green shown on this site.

Historical Verification.

There are a large number of historical artifacts showing people receiving this energy during the stimulation periods. All of these historical artifacts depict 8 pointed wheels or stars that represent the number 8, meaning 8 c class flares. This is the gateway at which point the energy enters the body, either causing disease or healing. The number 8 opens a doorway to the part of our body that affects health, depending on the state of mind we are in or the exercises we are performing at the time. Performing the exercises at the wrong times can cause the body to become sick or allergic to certain foods. Another interesting feature is when the sunspot number reaches 80, than 160 and than 240, or in multiples of 3, the stimulation energy seems strongest or there is more mental energy available.

condition red warns of major danger of bad bacteria contributing to pneumonia, allergies and other respiratory infections. Seasonal and Monthly Data show that this danger is significantly enhanced if the gyrations of the moon swing further from the earth, as shown in the image on the next page, which occurred in February and September. As the image on the next page shows, these gyrations peak on average every 8 months. Another aggravator is during solar eclipses. These are all conditions that can contribute to bad bacteria occurring in the body or allow good bacteria to turn bad and attack the body. This is the time to boost the immune system. From the months of August to Late Ocotber and February to April is when the suns activity is most active. Why The Condition Yellow Rejuvenates the Body:

When a correct relationship is established between the personality operating through the pituitary, and the soul operating through the pineal, a magnetic field is created. The pineal can generate its own magnetic field because it contains magnetite. This field can interact with the earth's magnetic field. The solar wind at dawn, charging the earth's magnetic field, stimulates the pineal gland. At mid afternoon do resistance exercises such as climbing to a high elevation. Than aerobic exercise, such as a 15 mile bike ride at medium speed. There must be a minimum of 45 minutes of exercise, listening to and amplifying your bodys "rhythm". It is important to get plenty of sunlight, and where possible stand on bare earth with your feet. This energy comes from the earth and the sun, and ressonates with the pituitary gland. The physical exercise is best done between 3 and 6 hours after the solar wind has "leaped". The physical exercise is best done during mid afternoon. However if the solar wind leaps at say 8 p.m. than the physical exercise should be done mid morning the next day. If the solar flux is higher after the "workout", than boost your intake of antioxidants within 24 hours to control inflammation. See the chapter Controlling Inflammation for more details.

Refrain from sweet or high sugar foods or drinks for at least 2 hours after exercising. Eating foods high in sugar after a workout interacts with the release of the HGH level and insulin. Insulin levels rise causing an interference with HGH. Evening snacks or meals may also interfere with the release of HGH, so limit food consumption to 2 hours before going to sleep.

Other tips include:
Rejuvenative energy is stronger at higher altitudes. Taking a high altitude hike and doing toning exercises will help boost this. After the exercising, take spring water. If a condition yellow occurs within 3 weeks of a solstice or equinox, take more antioxidants than usual after the exercise session.

Putting It All Together. How to Supercharge The Immune System

Aging of the body has already been solved. As we have seen from people like Dr. Life of Nevada, Dr. Wolf of Hawaii, Dr. Cousins of Arizona and Fitness Guru Jack LaLanne of California. Their physical bodies look like they are 25 years old However, the last remaining piece of the puzzle is to combat the negative "bad bacteria" which causes Pneumonia etc. From years of trial and error, I have found a method that works for me. By using this, I never get sick anymore and I mean no allergies, flu, colds etc. Once you can master your immune system, you've achieved everlasting health. I believe this is the "danger period", when the bad bacteria in the body manifest themselves at the sub molecular level, and are later brought to life by the upcoming solar flare and its energies. This "negative window" is stronger just before the March equinox. You see foods set off chemical reactions depending on what season it is. Some seasons, you need to detox, other seasons you take longevity supplements and so on.

Around these dates when very high solar activity is forecast, I minimize my stress levels, watch my physical activity and take the a combination full of antioxidants that reduces the possibility of inflammation. I take large doses of Vitamin from Cod Liver Oil with large doses of Vitamin C with 1 tablespoon of Brewer's Yeast. Because everyone is different, vary the dosage according to your body's intuitive needs over a 3 to 4 day period. I take no Ormus when the solar Flux is higher during this period. Other antioxidants that are important include curcumin, quercetin, selenium, n-acetylcysteine and alpha-lipoic acid and zinc.The brewer's yeast is high in B Vitamins and the imported type brewer's yeast should be used as this is not made from synthetic b vitamins. Other foods high in B vitamins are liver, raw wheat germ oil, raw sunflower seeds, flax seeds, blackstrap molasses, and plain yogurt (NOT sweetened). Other compounds that help during this period. Cumin Seed, Beets, Cabbage, Echinacea, Jigoulan Herb, Walnuts, Chili Powder, Apple, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Sweet Potato, Kale, Bromelin Enzyme and Honey. Buckwheat honey contains the highest number of antioxidants, while clover ranks about 1/2 way on the scale of honey and antioxidants. Sugar, White Flour and White Rice should be avoided at this time. I use the Active C Vitamin C brand from the Vitamin Shoppe which has the following: VITAMIN C TRI-SCORB 500 Mg 833% CALCIUM AND CALCIUM CARBONATE) 60 Mg 6% MAGNESIUM 10 Mg 3% - ZINC 2 Mg 13% - BIOPERINE 5 Mg. I use the Norwegian Cod Liver Oil capsules available from the Vitamin Shoppe. Vitamin AA 2500 IU 50% - Vitamin DA 270 IU 68%

DHA has been shown to reduce overall inflammation in the body. Research has shown that fish oil has also reduced the amount of visceral fat in the body. Visceral fat is a major contributor to heart disease.

I usually take the mega antixoidant mix until the high solar flux has died down. I also avoid raw peanuts which is a potential aflatoxin inhibitor, as well as foods that drain Vitamin from the body such as Psyllium Husk. I usually take Psyllium Husk with Clay after the period has ended. Another "danger period" that is not as strong, but can contribute to bad bacteria is during solstices and equinoxes. During these times, I take slightly more antioxidants. Sometimes, if I am doing heavy physical exercise during these period, the lungs may "ache" a little more at the end of the day, which is normal, so I take a mixture of 2 Parts Ginger to 1 part Garlic and Cinnamon.

When the solar FLUx is still showing higher levels due to the solar flare, I use "toning" (see chapter on using sound to heal the body) and do a Spiritual Healing. When the X-Ray background flux levels are higher on these "bad flare" days I avoid the Chitosan Mix with the magnetic water. The background flux can remain high for up to 24 hours, it is only when the solar wind "jumps" does this trigger, the negative immune system response, if the body is under stress or lacks antioxidants. Toning works best around sunset. I imagine my immune system in perfect peak shape while practicing the healing sounds. I sometimes also do the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise, and when laying south, I don't hold in the "white light", but instead, I tap my thymus gland and do the following EFT technique "Even though my immune system is operating at _____ %, I deeply and profoundly accept myself." This works wonders to boost the immune system. Recommendation/Advice: Avoid foods high in Artificial Sugars and Potassium. This formula is a very good way to reduce the oxidative stress present in the body that occurs during solar flares. I believe that oxidative stress is one of the major contributors to bad bacteria occurring in the body.

Another good immune system booster is to take with Plain Yogurt. 2 Tablespoons of Yogurt Mix, 1A Teaspoon of Brewers Yeast, between 1,500 to 3,000 mg of Vitamin C with Zinc, 15,000IU of Cod Liver Oil with Vitamin D. The herb Star Ansie, which has 8 pointed tips, is an excellent natural remedy to eliminate coughs and flem from the lungs. It also makes an excellent natural breath mint.

Star Ansie was also used to make the swine flu vacinne, so it has immune boosting properties, as well as helps with digestion.

Now after the solar FLUx has started to die down, due to the solar flare, I take 1 part Benodite Edible Clay with 2 parts Psyllium Husk Fiber with lots of water. This removes toxins built up in the body. During the next few days after the background X ray flux has returned to normal levels, the moisture levels in the air will sometimes rise, so I take the Chitosan Mix at night with Magnetic Water, along with 1 Potassium Glutamate tablet and 2 Vitamin E capsules. And usually the cosmic rays will rise during this time, making it a perfect time to perform the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise, as the rejuvenative white light energies are higher.

Good recovery methods after these "bad flares" include performing a good strong chakra balancing, taking more Ormus than usual and taking Psyllium Husk and Clay in the mornings. This clears out blocked energy and allows the new creative energy to flow forth freely. What is happening here is new energies are emerging, which the human body has not yet adapted to.

I have found when the C class solar flares occur, they cause the most damage to the immune system. Another factor to look for is when the flare is strong enough it will cause a "blip" in the BZ direction polarity. This would make sense, as I have always noticed a weakening in the immune system whenever the BZ changes complete polarity, which occurs on average every 8 to 10 days.

It is my theory that DNA is "evolving"during this period. What is the Sun's Solar Flux?

The ionosphere surrounding our planet is positively charged. This same positive charge occurs during the times the moon is full.

The hard X-ray energy present from the wavelengths of 1 to 8 Angstroms provide the most effective ionizing energy throughout all of the ionospheric layers in our atmosphere. The GEOS satellites measure these wavelengths and the resulting measurements are reported as the "background X-ray level" throughout the day. daily average is reported, as well.

Just like X-ray flares, the background hard X-ray level is measured in watts per square meter (W/m2), reported using the categories, , B, C, M, and X. These letters are multipliers; each class has a peak flux ten times greater than the preceding one. Within a class there is a linear scale from 1 to 9.

If one records the daily background X-ray levels for the course of a sunspot cycle, one would discover that the background X-ray levels remained at the class level during the sunspot cycle minimum. During the rise and fall of a solar cycle, the background X-ray energy levels will remain mostly in the B range. During peak solar cycle periods, the background energy will reach the C and sometimes even the M levels. As of 2011, we're seeing the energy mostly in the B level more often, supporting the view that Cycle 24 is alive and moving along toward an eventual sunspot cycle peak. Retinal research done with hamsters demonstrates another center for melatonin production. Located in the retina, this center implies that the eyes have their own built in circadian timepiece. They also found that they could set and reset the retinal clock even when the SCN was destroyed.
The retinal clock produces (stimulates the production of?) melatonin. Researchers are now looking for the exact location (s) of this clock in the human eye (and expect to find it). No one yet knows what the separate clock is for or how it relates to the SCN. One thing is clear: there is a melatonin craze right now. People are taking regular doses of the hormone. There is a question whether or not regular doses of melatonin may damage the eye over time. Melatonin could affect the timing of hormone peaks in the eye.
