Next we shall go into a little more detail about how to even better prepare yourself to gain maximum benefit using moisture levels in the air.

Moisture Levels

The more steady and level the moisture levels, or humidity level the better the effects are felt. Below this is shown in more detail.

Now as you can see from the image on the next page, moisture levels in the air vary according to time of year. In my location in Hawaii, they peak around february to march, than die down around may, before increasing again after the september equinox. The levels that Ormus was strongest in the air in my location was from february to march. I have always noticed that the air during January and February is much more drier than usual, just before the new moisture peaks.

Overnight Rebuilding of The Body using the Energy from the Earth and Sun

University of Columbus at Boulder showed that aerobic exercise boosts T cells. From this we can conclude that aerobic exercise leads to a stronger immune system and weight/resistance training rebuilds the bones and tissues. So during the times of the "life force storm" is a perfect time to do aerobic exercise and at times of a higher solar flux, do more weight training. (Visit the How to Reverse Aging with Exercise Chapter for more details).

After this exercise is done, than the same night perform "carbon dioxide loading", in which you take about 3 to 4 cups of Mineral Water. I use Perrier, along with a sprinkle of Epsom Salts. If you do your research, you will find that the mineral waters Perrier and San Pellegrino have the highest conductivity levels. Wait a few minutes than take 1 to 2 cups of magnetically charged water (see chapter on how to make this yourself) with the "Chitosan Mix". ( Chitosan Mix Formulae: 2 parts Onion Powder + 2 Parts Chitosan + 1 part comfrey herb + 2 parts Brewer's yeast + 1 Part Basil + 1 Part dried Parsley + 0.5 part Himalayan Salt + 0.5 Parts Psyllium Husk Fiber + 1 Part Guar Gum Powder). Magnesium Sulphate (from Epsom Salts) when used in farming, is most effective when applied late in the afternoon when humidity is higher and at lower temperatures.

It is really the Vitamin E and Vitamin that are responsible for the majority of the effects felt. You can get Vitamin E now in capsule form and Vitamin from Cod Liver Oil Capsules, if you don't want to eat the foods high in this. Only during nights of the "life force storm" do I take the Guar Gum and Psyllum Husk Powder. I also take Potassium Glutomate and 250mg of Niacin with a touch of Guar Gum Powder and the Chitosan Mix. This greatly amplifes the effects. This should not be overtaken, but only on nights of the "life force" storm. I also take a small amount of the prebiotic ENRG max (see chapter on how to make this yourself).

Foods high in Anthocyanins for dinner also greatly boost the effects. This is probably because some anthocyanins have been shown to be four times as powerful as vitamin E, so you can safely consume these foods high in Vitamin E, without worrying about overdosing. Foods high in anthocyanins: Strawberries, Bilberry, Blackberrys, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, black currants, purple grapes and red wine. The berry nectars including grapes (vitis vinifera var), bilberries, and blueberries (vaccinium myrtillus), elderberries (sambucus cerulean), cranberries (vaccinium macrocarpon) and prunes (prunus domestica) are some of the richest sources of anthocyanins.

Anthocyanins synergists include: Vitamin C.
You will find that when you exercise during this "window" you will begin to sense an "internal sound" or vibration. I believe this "inner sound" is based on earth's highly charged magnetosphere. It magnifies this internal vibration, thus helping to renew the body.

As mentioned earlier, the results are enhanced when the moon is in perigree. Also the last 3 months before a Super Perigee Moon, which occurs on average every 14 lunar months, also adds a boost. Within 30 hours before or after this period, there is a general "excitation' in living things, especially the bacteria and single celled algae. It can also cause an upswelling of emotions. Other effects of a perigree moon include higher moisture in the air and a tendency towards fungus growth and insect attack. Apogee moons have the opposite effect.

I believe that higher moisture levels are increasing the "discharge" rate of the magnetic water, just like a capactior builds up a charge, than discharges it. Even the ancient egyptians had a diety related to high moisture. She was called Tefnut. Her name translates to something like 'She of Moisture'. She was linked to the moon, night sky, dew, rain and mist. She represented moisture, humidity and water.
Bacteria feed on minerals, and change them from a simple ionic solution to an electromagnetic state of charge similar to plasma--the fourth state of matter. When elements are ionized or in an ionic state, they are more rapidly assimilated into the body. Because enzymes work on the plasma principle, breaking down foods, making them easier to digest, my theory is that these enzymes grow and multiply significantly more during the "life giving" geomagnetic storm.

The reason the above works during this period, is because when the solar wind "jumps" it creates a huge "gong" type vibration that affects the proteins in the body. This vibration is amplified when doing exercise on this day, and especially if you take Vitamin E and before bedtime. I have also noticed significant results of renewal when taking apple cider vinegar after doing the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing.

According to Hippocrates, the human body is pervaded by a heat which he calls innate.Its amount is at the maximum in infancy, and continually exhausts itself by the processes of life till it arrives at a minimum in old age. This change, corresponding to the yearly variation of the sun's heat, gave rise to an analogy of ages and diseases with the seasons.' The English philosopher Roger Bacon writes that aging is caused by the progressive loss of vital spirit, or "innate moisture." Galen, with unusual brevity, defines death as the extinction and old age as the wasting of the innate heat.

Other conditions where this "moisture" gathers:
The reason the coastal redwood trees live so long is because coastal areas have more moderate temperatures than inland areas, and are generally warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. When warm, moist air comes into contact with cooler surfaces, the moisture condenses because the cooler air surrounding cooler surfaces can't hold as much moisture as warmer air.

Earth is closest to the sun in 2011 on January 3. This is the time that moisture is strongest on the earth, just as moon perigee is closest to the earth, brings more moisture. If the "life force" storm occurs during December, it is the most powerful time of the year to rejuvenate the body.

Here is the method I use with great success:

I perform 30 minutes of moderate exercise than during the late afternoon I perform the ancient egyptian pole balancing exercise, taking Astofedia with sesame seed and brain food mix beforehand. After the ancient egyptian pole balancing exercise I take 1 cup of spring water with organic apple cider vinegar. For dinner I have spinach (super high in vitamin and choloryphyl), a touch of ginger and coriander (super high in Vitamin C), sprouted barley and wheat, cottage cheese and tomato paste. I take this with lots of spring water to make my body as alkaline as possible until sunset. Another good method is to take 1 to 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Milk of Magnesia with spring water before taking the Magnetic Water.

Than at around sunset I take 1 cup of Perrier Carbonated Water with 1/2 teaspoon of Epsom Salt. Next I wait a few minutes and take 1 and 1/2 cups of magnetic water with the following: 200mg of Vitamin B6, 3/4 Teaspoon of ENRG max, 1,000 mg of Spirulina, 400 to 600 IU of Vitamin E, 1 Potassium Glutamate Tablet (can be found at walmart), 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Chitosan mix. The ENRG Max and Chitosan mix you can make yourself, see chapters on how to do this.

I than take another 1 1/2 cups of magnetic water with 1 teaspoon of Chitosan mix between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m.

I have found that in the evening after taking the Chitosan mix toning the sound NNNURR REEE really helps accelerate the effects and than toning the sound NNNEEERRR NNEER-URRR at sunrise the next morning (you feel so good, you easily get up early) to complete the process. During this "window" I period I sleep outdoors in a tent, allowing myself to get closer to these rejuvenative energies.

Researcher Viktor Schauberger based much of his research on this vibration by studying the Pythagorean Sounds, which is based on forming structures via harmonic ressoance. The science of Teotihuacan also is based on this principle.

How Mineral Ratio Improves Nutrient Absorption

I believe our bodies are made up of elements from our sun, stars and the earth, which affects the cells of our body. There is a striking resemblance between certain longivity foods and how their molecular structure is almost identical to certain parts of our Blood, Bones, Organs, and more.

The experiment by Dr. Alexis Carrell who kept a chicken heart alive for 28 years because the minerals and nutrients changed daily were in the same proportion as the chickens blood proves this point well. As long as the ratios are as close as possible to the original ratios in our body, the body readily absorbs these minerals like a magnet. This is why water soluble vitamins are so readily absorbed, because our body is mostly made up of water.

The most astonishing thing noted is foods and herbs that have existed on the earth for millions of years that have already withstood the test of time, are some of the most easily absorbed by the body. If they can survive for so long and not become extinct, than they must surely have extremely powerful life renewal properties when used in our own bodies. We can see this in the more simple organisms, the single celled types, which have the most powerful renewal effects. Saccharomyces, being one example (found in brewers yeast), is a single celled organism that is used as a fermentation fuel source to ferment foods. Yeasts are single celled fungi. When yeast are given oxygen, they become aerobic, producing glutamate, the master antioxidant of the body.

Another interesting fact is aerobic bacteria are exactly the same size as the mitochondria of our cells, and they both have 2 sets of membranes. Their lipid compositions are similar, and mitochondria have DNA similar to that of aerobic bacteria. Our RNA sequence is similar to aerobic bacteria and the division of our cells is similar to that of bacteria.

Because we are dealing with the original source of renewal, only a small amount of these foods are needed at the right time and too much or an excess causes the body more harm than good.

The endosymbiotic theory shows that the origin of the mitochondria came from aerobic bacteria. Aerobic bacteria are prokaryotes, which were the very first organisms on earth. They were the very first predecessors to the human mitchrondia and are found in high levels in spring water. Aerobic bacteria are the life giving/restoring bacteria in our bodies. They are found in E.Coli, which is the most prevalent bacteria found in the large intestine. They are also found in Spirulina, and Phytoplankton. Below I will show the links between longivity foods and how their ratio structure is similar to or exactly similar to that of the human body:

Hormones - The Mexican Yam, similar in molecular structure to the human growth hormone and high in DHEA, re-builds the bodies natural hormone precursors.
Blood - The red corpuscles in our body contain almost an identical makeup as the earths crust in relation to the vital minerals. This is why geomagnetic storms affect the cardiovascular system of the body.
Cells - Fungi, from which numerous longevity mushrooms come from, grow, reproduce and absorb nutrients almost exactly identical to the human cell. The proteins in shiitake mushroom are composed of 18 types of amino acids, including 7 of the 8 essential amino acids in a ratio similar to the ideal protein ratio for humans. Clay has been shown to have the exact same resonance as the Human Cell. Eating Bentonite clay (must be taken with lots of water) rapidly removes toxins from the body. Clay is also in the same thermal conductivity range as carbon, and if you do your research, you will find that the "Egyptian Carbon Rods" will recharge the body when held at certain angles. I personally take Clay and Psyllium Husk in a 2:1 ratio with lots of water for best results.
