Blood Plasma - The total protein content of hemp seed is about 65% of the globular protein edestin, which closely resembles the globulin found in human blood plasma. How to Determine if Your Body is Low in Zinc
The only known method to see if your body is low in zinc, is to determine how your body reacts to it.

Add between 1 and 2 teaspoons of zinc sulphate to 1 liter of water. Hold in your mouth for 10 seconds. Next note the reactions from your body.

1: No sensation, or it tastes like plain water. You have a zinc deficiency.
2: strong, unpleasant taste occurs immediately. You have no zinc deficiency.
3: If a slight unpleasant taste is noted, slowly building up over time, than you have a minor zinc deficiency.

Antioxidants - The phospherous to calcium ratio in the body is on average 2:1, without this proper ratio it does not make bone marrow. There needs to be a proper ratio of phospherous to calcium or the bone marrow will not take up the calcium, thus depleting the immune system. The only food that has an almost perfect 2:1 Phosphorus to Calcium ratio is Ginger, one of the most powerful anti-aging foods available.
Sardines - Sardines contain on average 2 grams of Leucine. The body contains 2.5 grams of Leucine. Sardines are one of the most powerful DNA rebuilding foods available, next to chlorella algae and spirulina. They are also high in Omega 3 oils.
Energy - Potassium Glutamate closely resembles the same molecular structure as the potassium found in fruit.
Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) - Zinc/Copper - or Iron/Copper - originally used as an electrical source to power telegraph wires and extract energy from the earth. Because the earth uses this energy to create electricity, or drive what is known as "Telluric Current", this same process occurs in our bodies. In order for the Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) enzymes to effectively work, you need to have adequate levels of copper and zinc in your body. The closest food that contains these adequate levels are Sesame Seeds.
Liver - Honey contains a nearly 1:1 ratio of fructose to glucose, allowing it to be quickly absorbed by the liver.

When It's Too Late to Take Anti-Aging Foods

Between the ages of 38 and 45, the body reaches a period where nutrient absorption is not as effective, and other bodily functions that combat aging also become less effective. An aging brain is also not as motivated to adhere to and try new techniques that slow down the aging process. An article published in LiveScience on May 24, 2010, quotes: "Anti-aging supplements might be of greater effect before major age-related functional and other declines have set in".

The only thing that can turn back the clock when you are too "old" is exercise. No matter how old you may be, the proper amount of exercise will bring the body back to peak health. The best time to start an anti-aging routine is to begin between the ages of 38 and 45. With proper nutrition and exercise, including the life force exercises (see How to Generate the Life Force In Your Body), the body will continue to appear to be between the ages of 38 and 45, no matter how old our birth certificate says you are.

Preventing Alzheimer's

Just like there will never be a "pill" you can swallow to cure Alzheimer's, there are methods and techniques that offset or prevent Alzheimer's's, of which the best is exercise. Unlike fatty acids which fuel the physical moving muscular cells of our body, the brain cannot use fatty acids for fuel, instead it relies on glucose for energy. When you combine foods high in natural starches, with brain boosting herbs and foods, the enzymes in the food help break down the starches, turning them into glucose sugars which can be used by the brain. An excellent example is mixing sprouted barley with ginseng or gotu kola. Rosemary, which is used as a natural fish and meat preservative, helps stop the onslaught of Alzheimer's.

Because renewal of the body is associated with an electrostatic field effect, foods that carry electrostatic charges help keep the brain healthy. Acetylcholine and Superoxide Dismutase are two of these. This gives rise to the theory that an artificially generated electrostatic field can be used to keep the brain healthy. Perhaps in the future we will see devices that generate the proper electrostatic field that we put next to our pillows, helping renew our brain cells overnight.

Acetylcholine, which comes from Choline, declines with age, along with its enzyme inhibitor, Acetylcholinesterase. Acetylcholine levels can be increased by taking foods high in lecithin, which is found in yellow egg yolks, wheat germ, soybeans and whole wheat. The Lipid Phosphattidylsrine, found in soy and eggs also enhances brain function.

Lecithin has also been used as a natural method to control and kill the herpes virus. The usual amount is about Lecithin 2500 mg a day for a month.

Nutrition expert Dr. Dharma Singh Khalsa, author of Brain Longevity, says Lecithin is practically a wonder drug as far as cognitive impairment is concerned. It has been shown to improve memory and concentration, and possibly help prevent Alzheimera˘ć˘âs disease.

Lecithin is good for you. How good? Each tablespoon (7.5 grams) of lecithin granules contains about 1700 mg of phosphatidyl choline, 1000 mg of phosphatidyl inositol, and about 2,200 mg of essential fatty acids as linoleic acid. It also contains the valuable fish-oil-like, omega-3 linolenic acid.

In order to get even one tablespoon of lecithin, you would have to take eight to twelve capsules! Since a normal supplemental dose is three or more tablespoons daily, that's a lot of capsules to swallow. Much less costly is liquid lecithin. taste for liquid lecithin has to be acquired, shall we say. It is easier to take if you first coat the spoon with milk or molasses. After taking liquid lecithin, it is wise to have a "chaser" of any dairy product or, again, molasses. Beef and sheep brains are also an excellent source of lecithin, but don't expect me to recommend them.

Probably the best way to get a lot of lecithin easily is to take lecithin GRANULES. Stir the granules quickly into juice or milk. They won't dissolve, but rather will drift about as you drink. Lecithin granules can also be used as a topping on any cold food. Ice cream comes to mind. Also, they are not bad if stirred into yogurt. If you put lecithin granules on hot food, they will melt and you will then have liquid lecithin.

All supplemental forms of lecithin are made from soy beans. An alternate non-soy source is egg yolk. Generally, maximum benefit is obtained when you eat the yolk lightly cooked (such as in a soft-boiled egg).

Edward R. Hewith in his book, The Years Between 75 and 90 says," with older people the fats remain high in the blood for from five to seven hours and in some cases as long as 20 hours, thus giving the fats more time to become located in the tissues. If lecithin is given to older people before a fatty meal, it has been found that the fats in the blood return to normal in a short time, in the same way they do in younger people."

Why Lecithin is a Powerful Anti-Aging Substance

One of the most powerful substances for anti-aging are substances that allow oil and water to mix freely. These include yellow egg yolk, Ormus, Honey etc. When combined together with substances that promote circulation, the effects are even greater. Combinations include cottage cheese and flax seeds, Ormus and Grapeseed, Ormus and Peppermint, Lecithin and Cod Liver Oil, Yellow Egg Yolk and Cod Liver Oil, butter from grass fed cows and Cod Liver Oil, which has been used to cure cavities. This is because I believe there is an invisible oil that exists in the air we breathe, and at certain times this oil is stronger than at other times, when it comes into contact with a substances that allows oil and water to mix, it creates a rejuvenate effect. This is why honey never spoils, as a matter of fact honey found in ancient Egyptian tombs has still be found edible by experts after thousands of years.

Below are other ways to keep the brain sharp and healthy:
Ketones are used to help repair brain neurons. These cannot be over ingested as too much Ketone will make the body acidic. Ginseng (Jigoulan is similar in structure to Ginseng and can be used as a substitute) is well known for its brain boosting abilities. Foods high in organic sulphur help keep the brain in top shape. They get oxygen quickly into the brain, rebuild nerves and reduce swelling and inflammation.

Gotu Kola has been shown to reduce Alzheimer's and produces large amounts of Catalase in the body.

Alpha Lipoic Acid and Acetyl L-carnitine, well known for its rejuvenation effects, are available as a supplement.
The miracle herb Bacopa has been shown to generate new neurons within the brain.

Lions Mane mushroom, which contains the beneficial mold Aspergillus Niger, has proven to have powerful resistance against alzheimer's. It also has anti tumor properties and improves digestion.

The best way to keep the brain free of alzheimer's is by having adequate amounts of physical oxygen, which you can get from exercise, and organic sulphur in the body. Two good foods for this are MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) and DMSO (Dimethyleulfoxide). DMSO is soo penetrating that it is rubbed into the skin to immediately relieve arthritis. DMSO has also been shown to greatly boost the growth of phytoplankton, which is a form of algae. Methyl Sulfonyl Methane sulphurs also contain yeast/fungus inhibiting properties. They help grow good bacteria/fungi/yeasts. Egg Yolk helps the body absorb MSM sulphur.

With all the research in the world, there is still no Alzheimer's prevention pill, and there never will be. The closest researchers have found to curing Alzheimer's has been via exercise, or increasing the levels of organic sulphurs in the body. This same effect is seen in the body's master antioxidant, glutamate, which researchers have tried to make into a pill, but cannot. It too can only be boosted via exercise as well as foods high in organic sulphur. This validates the theory that only organic sulphurs and/or exercise are the only two ways to keep the body functioning through time. From this we can easily conclude that exercise produces an electrostatic field effect within the body.

The Miracle of Sulphur

Sulphur is one of the main components that polymerizes easily, allowing new structures to form. Sulphur is related to the two main amino acids from which all other amino acids are made, cysteine and methionine. The sulphur amino acids cysteine and methionine are found in high quantities in yogurt and onions. Other sources include sunflower seeds and Sesame Seed Flour. The sulphurs have profound restorative effects upon our bodies. In our bodies over 50% of the sulphur is in our muscles, skin and bones. Sulphur keeps the skin soft and elastic, boosts glutathione levels and lowers blood pressure due to the high levels of allicin found in sulphur. It also creates hydrogen peroxide, relaxing the blood vessels. Sulphur, besides glucose, is one of the most rapidly absorbed nutrients into the body, being directly absorbed into the small upper intestine of our stomach. The reason you feel so good after a soak in hot springs is due to the high sulphur content in the water. Hot springs are also high in hydrogen sulphide, which is what aerobic bacteria, the good bacteria in our body, feed on. This will be discussed further in the chapter What Aerobic Bacteria Likes to Eat.

In agriculture, adding sulphur to the soil increases the acidity of the soil for short periods of time, increasing the absorption of soil nutrients. During the months of fall and winter, soil is naturally more acidic, therefore sulphur in the body is naturally higher in fall and winter, so we don't want to take too much organic sulphur during fall and winter, but increase it during spring and summer. Commercial processing of foods completely removes much of the beneficial organic sulphur, just as the ORP value of water disappears when exposed to air, heat or light, and just as cooking foods destroys the digestive enzymes in vegetables. Even the steaming of vegetables removes this beneficial sulphur, as it evaporates when exposed to heated moisture. Cooking vegetables also destroys glutamine completely. Sulphur gathers, and shows its health benefits most prominently in the hair, nails, bones and teeth. This is where the breakthrough of mixing thiols and magnetic water came from, as magnetic water shows its results strongest in improved hair, nails, bones and teeth.

Food sources of sulphur include yellow egg yolk, sardines, sunflower seeds, shallots, leeks, chives, cabbage, onion, garlic, yogurt and keifer. Unrefined black himalayan salt with sulphur is high in MSM sulphur.

To improve the absorption of sulphur into the body, it should be taken with yellow egg yolk or Alpha Lipoic Acid. The white part of the egg yolk stops/inhibits sulphur absorption due to its high Albium levels, unless the white egg yolk has been cooked, which denatures the proteins, allowing sulphur absorption.

The Miracle of the Onion

During the great flu epidemic, families that survived placed a peeled onion on a plate in each room of their house and changed it each morning. The sulphurs in the onion absorbed and dissolved the bad airborne bacteria that was present in the air, sparing these families from the plague. Small towns also burned sulphur in the streets to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Onions are a good source of Quercetin, which gives excellent oxidative stress protection. Studies have shown that the onion form of Quercetin is actually a more nutritious source than the supplement Qucertin, plus you can't overdose on Quercetin when taking the onion form of Quercetin (which I have done, and it's not a pleasant experience). Onions are also one of the foods highest in potassium and contains MSM or Methyl Sulfonyl Methane, which is quickly absorbed by the brain, helping to prevent Alzheimer's. Capsicum (VitroHot Pepper ) also protects the body from oxidative stress that occurs in the brain.

When an onion is dried, it becomes even more nutrient dense. Dried onion powder has 9 times the Vitamin C, 8 times the thiamin, 10 times the riboflavin, and 11 times the potassium of fresh regular onions. It also boosts nitric oxide levels in the body and contains cysteine and calcium.

If the onions are green when picked, they are high in Vitamin . They are also rich in FOS, the good fermentation bacteria. Onions are one of the genetic healing foods, meaning if your family history displays negative genetic disorders, they can be reversed using onions.

Also centurion have been shown to have a high intake of onions in their diet. This is due to the high bioflavonids content of the onion. Bioflavonids affect gene expression the most. Foods highest in bioflavonids are green tea, red wine, legumes, berries, citrus fruits, soy protein and lecithin. Herbs include Rose Hip, Hawthorne, Horsetail and Chervil herbs. Onions also come in Purple. Just as red cabbage is more nutritious than green, purple onions contain more nutrients than plain onions.

Purple herbs and foods are some of the most powerful immune system boosters. Purple happens to be the same color as the ultraviolet spectrum, which at 280 nm, kills negative and bad bacteria, and has been shown to have significant health effects upon the body, when used short term. Other purple foods include: Purple Grapes, Chilean Wildberry, Basil, poppy seeds, lavender, acai berry, echinacea, garlic, Noni and mustard greens.

Maximizing Mineral Retention and Increasing Nutrient Absorption

The slower the digestion, the better nutrients are absorbed by the body. Soluble fiber, which boosts the immune system, is one way to slow down the digestion of carbohydrates in food. As processes in the body break down over time due to age, the absorption of nutrients declines, in part due to a lower amount of digestive enzymes in the stomach. In order for the body to successfully extract the nutrients from food, minerals must be made small enough to pass these nutrients in and out of the cells.

If the right enzymes are not present in the body, the protein transporters pick up the minerals and pull them through the intestinal wall and directly into the bloodstream. This occurs because the intestinal wall only lets ionic minerals that are micron sized through. Once once they reach the cells, they will not be able to enter because of their size. They will just roll around the system storing themselves in tissues and along the inside of the blood vessels causing problems such as metal toxicity and plaque.

When the molecules are made small enough, either through enzymes or ionic minerals, they will be quickly absorbed in the upper stomach (bypassing the intestines) and go directly to the cells where they will be absorbed according to need. The main thing is that without protein transport, proper mineral absorption doesn't happen.

Metabolism is a key factor in keeping the body young and healthy. The body?s metabolic rate coincides with nutrient absorption. This rate is higher in the morning, when the body temperature is cooler, and lower in the early afternoon, when the body temperature is warmer. Maybe this explains why people who live in colder climates live longer. seven-year study of mice by UK researchers from the University of Aberdeen in Cambridge showed that mice with a high metabolism live longer than their low-metabolism counterparts (the equivalent of an extra 27 years in human lifespan).

Here are some methods that boost nutrient absorption:

Unrefined Sea Salt. This contains chloride and is a natural beneficial way to increase acidity in the intestines. When the PH of the intestine is made more acidic, it breaks apart free fatty acids and increases mineral absorption. Chloride Synergist. Beta-carotene.

The minerals Phospherous, Sulphur, and Chlorine contain small simple molecules, increasing nutrient absorption, energy and are water soluble. These are found in high levels in yellow egg yolk.

Sesame Seeds, Melatonin and Glutamine will enhance nutrient absorption.

Prebiotic and Probiotic foods contain lactobacilli that turn the proteins in foods into a lower molecular weight and size, significantly increasing nutrient absorption. Foods high in lactobacilli are raw cabbage, yogurt and keifer.

Fulvic Acid has a low molecular weight. It readily penetrates animal and plant tissues, and is used extensively in gardening to increase the yields of crops significantly. Combining Fulvic Acid with colloidal liquid supplements, vitamins, minerals or herbs, dramatically enhances their absorption.

Magnesium Sulphate (from Epsom Salts) & Calcium Chloride or Sodium Bicarbonate, from which hard water is made, helps boost magnesium into the cells. In agriculture and gardening, magnesium sulfate is used to correct magnesium deficiency in soil. Magnesium Sulphate will boost the water in the intestines, much like Milk of Magnesia. Magnesium Sulphate is rich in 3 main elements, magnesium, sulphur and oxygen. It is used to treat severe athsma and prevent low oxygen levels in infants. Magnesium sulphate also assists in beneficial enzyme reactions and promotes impulses between nerve cells throughout the system.

Magnesium can be used to heal the body. Only by using a well absorbed form of magnesium, do its healing effects become apparent. The best way to safely absorb large amounts of Magnesium is via an Epsom Salt Bath. When you soak your body in Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate ), magnesium concentrations in your blood will increase (The best form of Epsom Salts is of the Magnesium Sulfate Trihydrate, which absorbs better into the body). This is not recommended during periods of "bad" solar flares.

Drinking Epsom Salts. The major benefit of magnesium sulphate is it is easily available and affordable. You only need a small pinch of magnesium sulphate per cup of water, (I use Perrier Carbonated Water for best results). One very real danger of taking too much Magnesium Sulphate is via an enema. People have died from giving themselves an Epsom Salt enema.

Vitamin Mists. According to the Physician's Desk Reference for Nutritional Supplements, vitamin sprays deliver about 4-1/2 times as much vitamin power as pills or capsules. The nutrients in vitamin sprays go into circulation in minutes, rather than hours. This however does not work with the Fat Soluble vitamins (vitamins E and ). There are now Fat Soluble vitamins available that have been treated to make them more water soluble into the body. Water-soluble vitamin E is made by Analogue, Trolox. (Sigma Chemical Co., Poole, Dorset, UK).

Silica is also important for mineral absorption. In 1939, the Nobel Prize winner for chemistry, Professor Adolf Butenant, proved that life cannot exist without Silica. According to his research conducted at Columbia University in 1972, silica is an essential nutrient and must be supplied continuously from food sources. Silica plays an important role in many body functions and has a direct relationship to mineral absorption. The human body holds approximately seven grams of silica. The herb Horsetail, Equisetum Arvense is the most natural concentrated source of silica. Foods high in silica include, alfalfa sprouts, brown rice, bell peppers, soybeans, leafy green vegetables and beets. The lack of fiber in beet juice allows for fast absorption of nutrients into the body. Excessive drinking of only beet juice should be avoided.

Clay. Clays provide a variety of macro-and trace minerals including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and zinc. These are best taken with Magnesium Sulphate and the fiber Psyllium Husk in a ratio of 2:1. The best clay to drink is Bentonite clay, which must be taken 2 hours before or after a meal, as it can draw out the nutrients in food. This must be taken with plenty of water for it to be effective.

The most absorbable, and those that are easily depleted from the body are the B vitamins. They are also responsible for the production of new DNA/RNA in the body, which is also a short term process. B Vitamins, such as those found in brewers yeast are used to induce fermentation. The most absorbent B vitamin is Vitamin B3 (also known as Nicotinamide or Niacin). It absorbs 3.94 times into the blood more than any other B vitamin. It has been shown to be one of the most powerful anti aging B vitamins.

Heme Iron. This iron is much more absorbent than the regular iron found in meats. It can be found in raw organic spinach, molasses, beef liver, sardines and oysters. Beef liver is one of the highest sources of heme iron. Because this iron stores easily in the body for long periods, it is best taken 1/2 way through the solstices or equinoxes, the time of year when stress on the body from toxins is lowest.

Drinking magnetic water increases the solubility of minerals and therefore improves the transfer of nutrients to all parts of the body. Guar Gum with Psyllium Husk in a 1:2 ratio with magnetically charged water creates a giant "sponge" that slowly mops up toxins and greatly assists in nutrient absorption.

Mineral Retention

Minerals chelated with protein and water have significantly increased nutrient absorption. good example is Cottage Cheese and Flax Seeds. This same process also occurs in plants. Only after the minerals have gone through the plant roots and have become chelated with protein and water, are they in the proper form for ingestion.

Green coffee bean extract, made from the green beans of the Coffee Arabica plant is one of the most powerful plants that help the body absorb and retain important minerals. It is combined with Alpha Lipoic Acid to help burn away fat. This same fat burning acceleration also occurs when you combine Chitosan and Vitamin C. Compounds that increase mineral retention: Methoxyisoflavone, Gamma-Linolenic Acid, Oligouronic acid, Orotic acid, Aspartic acid, Hydrochloric acid (found in raw organic apple cider), Maltose, Wheat, Potato Starch, and Leavened products. The body naturally flushes excess calcium with foods that remove calcium from the body, such as fiber.

One of the most powerful retainers of calcium in the body is Vitamin K. This vitamin retains it more than anything else. It is so powerful, it also rapidly assists in bone remineralization. I believe this occurs because Vitamin K is used to prevent tooth loss and Vitamin K just happens to be the food good bacteria live on. From this we can conclude that calcium loss is possibly associated with bacteria breaking down the calcium in the body.

Foods that help increase Calcium absorption and retention include: Small amounts of Sodium Bicarbonate (found in baking soda). Wheat and Ergosterol (found in white button mushrooms), Calcium Carbonate powder is absorbed better than straight calcium. For supplements, the most absorbable form of calcium, is aspartate or citrate salts of calcium followed by chelated calcium with amino acids, followed by calcium gluconate, than calcium carbonate and calcium lactate. The amino acid L-lysine activates intestinal absorption of calcium. Foods highest in Lysine: Dried White Egg, Spirulina, followed by pea protein, eggs, fish, lima beans and soy products.

Calcium absorption increases on an empty acidic stomach and with Boron.

Eggshells with vitamin D3 (Vitamin D3 is known as Cholecalciferol) improve bone mineral density without significantly increasing blood calcium levels. Vitamin D3 is a steroid hormone that has long been known for its important role in regulating body levels of calcium and phosphorus and in the mineralization of bone.

Eggshells + Vitamin D3 + Fish Oil are an easily bioavailable form of calcium. Coral Calcium contains the perfect 2:1 calcium to magnesium ratio, and is famous for extending the lifespan.

"Binders" to Increase Nutrient Absorption

Many foods when combined with the right compounds increase nutrient absorption significantly. With the right combination, significant growth of good bacteria in the body occurs. This is usually in the 2:1 ratio or between 8:1 and 10:1, with the protein source being the higher ratio. An example is you can grow the anti aging mushroom Cordyceps on yogurt, with the yogurt providing the nourishment for the fungus/mold to grow on in the 10 part ratio, and you can grow reishi extract using long grain brown rice.

Other examples are yogurt mixed with the herbs Ginseng or Jigoulan. Cottage Cheese mixed with sprouted flax seeds, which has been used to cure cancer. Green Tea and Ormus. Roquefort Blue Cheeses and Magnetic water etc. Because of this, I was able to derive the "yogurt mixes" and other compounds that when added to foods, greatly increases their nutrient absorption. How the Rhythms of Earth are Affecting the Cycles of the Body

We are starting to learn as a species that the long term rhythms and cycles of the earth and energies emitted by our sun affect the health and rate at which we age. It is key to understanding these cycles to know how to use them to combat aging.
One example is that as we sleep, our bodies become more acidic. This is because at night our immune system takes over. Over 70% of our immune system is contained in our stomach, which is an acidic portion of our body.

Personal research has also shown that at certain times (perhaps due to higher humidity and dewpoint levels) the PH level of the air at night time will also be more acidic (around 9.5 PH), rising in the mid to late morning to higher alkaline levels (around 15 to 17 PH). (View the chapter Natures "Hidden" Windows for more details). In my location this effect occurs around February / March each year. Below are the cycles of the body according to nutrient absorption and digestion:

The Morning Cycle. Eliminating Waste. (The Body should have the proper amount of Phospherous & Calcium). The body's elimination cycle starts at 4:00 AM and ends at 12:00 NOON. During this cycle the body eliminates body-producing poisons, waste matter and materials, salts, proteins, and uric acids in liquid, solid, and gaseous forms. Fresh organic seasonal fruit and fresh fruit juice supports this cleansing and elimination processes. Magnesium is best absorbed in the early morning, taken with foods containing zinc, manganese and copper. Just after sunrise is the best time of day to workout and do physical exercise. Shiitake Mushrooms and Cashews supply a good amount of Copper/Zinc.

The Afternoon Cycle. Nutrient Retention. (The Body should have the proper amount of Iron). This cycle starts at 12:00 NOON and ends at 4:00 PM. During this time the body takes in and retains nutrients, storing them for use later. Towards early afternoon, a slow absorption of these foods begins. Mid-afternoon is another good time for exercise. Soluble Fibers and starches during this time help support this new biochemical balance. This is the best time of day to do Life Force Exercises such as Qi Gong, Tai Chi or the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise. Because the rebuilding of the muscle and skeletal system of the body occurs between 11 a.m and 1 p.m., and again around 3 p.m., it is a good idea to take alkaline proteins after exercise, to help the body recover and rebuild quickly.

The Evening Cycle. Rebuilding. (The Body should have the proper amount of Magnesium). This cycle starts at 8:00 PM and ends at 4:00 AM, merging with the elimination cycle after 4 a.m. During this time the body heals, builds, and re-energizes the immune system. Hormone production occurs during this time, as does the continuing release of certain toxins. Foods to take before bed that boost HGH levels: Melatonin, Glutamine, Sesame Seeds, Vitamin B6. Foods high in Vitamin B6: Milk Thistle, Oats, Onions, Yogurt. This is the best time of day to do an Epsom Salts Soak.

1993 study by the Romon et al., published in the American Journal of Clinial Nutrition showed that 16% of calories are burned when meals are eaten in the morning. When eaten in the afternoon, only 13.5 % of calories metabolized the food, and when taken at night, just 10.9 percent of the calories were burned away. From this we can conclude that the excess calories are turned into fat and toxins, if you eat late. Not only that but I believe that the immune system renews itself from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m (with a peak in fall/winter). This is because over 70% of your immune system is in your stomach. Between the hours of 6 p.m. to 12 a.m., are when the stomach enzymes Amylase and Trypsin are at their highest levels.

How to Boost Human Growth Hormone Levels Naturally

Human Growth Hormone, also known as HGH, is one of the quickest ways to keep the metabolism of the body in good shape, as well as keep the body young. Consuming a low-carb, moderate fat, high protein meal 15-45 minutes after working out, will assist in keeping these high levels of growth hormone in the body. Foods that boost HGH: Sesame seeds, Melatonin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C.

Another method is via Lactic Acid. During exercise, the higher the intensity, the more lactic acid the body produces. When lactic acid is produced faster than the body's ability to clear it, the body goes into what's known as "lactic acid threshold", which is one of the strongest stimulants to the pituitary glad to release HGH. If you don't want to exercise, the most effective way of causing HGH release is to take 2 grams of the amino acid L-glutamine in the morning and take 10 to 30 grams of the amino acid Arginine before bedtime. Both of these amino acids must be taken on an empty stomach. Food highest in Arginine: Sesame and Sunflower flours. Spices: Fenugreek and Poppy Seeds. Foods highest in Glutamine, from highest to lowest: Red Raw Cabbage, Broccoli, Marmite, Vegemite, Roquefort cheese, Organic sulphur foods, Glycine. I have taken Poppy Seed with Spirulina before bed on numerous occasions and can verify that it does seem to have a rejuvenative effect the following morning.

How to Reverse Aging with Exercise

Exercise is one of the most powerful anti-aging strategies you can have. It doesn't cost anything, but your time and it never expires. We are now starting to see that resistance exercise can reverse bone loss, especially if you boost your natural growth hormone levels at the same time. The two best types of exercise that retard aging are:

Resistance Training - Muscle and strength loss can be reversed with resistance exercise.
Aerobic exercise - Helps eliminate heart disease, high blood pressure and can help control diabetes.
Both resistance Training and Aerobic exercises can be combined to help strengthen the heart muscles.

In a May 2007 study published in the Public Library of Science, 500 specific genes related to muscles and aging were studied. They were shown to "regenerate" themselves when seniors performed resistance training over a 6 month period. Weight training has also been shown to boost Human Growth Hormone levels and improve skin and muscle tone.

The ratio of resistance training to aerobic exercises should be 2:1, however a good combination consists of between 50% and 70%
resistance exercises and between 50% and 30% aerobic exercises.
Your muscles are divided into 2 groups. The Slow Twitching Muscles and the Fast Twitching Muscles. These are commonly known as the Fast Twitch and Slow Twitch.

The Slow Twitch. These muscles are more efficient at using oxygen to generate ATP. Their burn rate is slower and longer lasting, good for people running marathons and bicycle races. This is the aerobic form of exercise.

The Fast Twitch. These muscles use anaerobic metabolism for their fuel. Their burn rate is fast, for short bursts of strength.

Weight Training or Resistance Training reverses Sarcopenia (loss of muscle strength and function). The best types of resistance training are lifting weights with purposeful muscle contraction. These exclusively build the Fast Twitch Muscles.

good resistance training regime consists of the following: 4 to 6 repetitions 3 days per week gives the best results. There should be a 48 hr rest period between sessions. The best way to start it to lift weights you can barely manage without fatiguing and then build up the weight until you feel you are gaining strength as your body "finds" its exercise tolerance. Starting with three sets of eight repetitions with a weight of 70% of what you feel you are comfortably able to lift is a good starting point. You should continue lifting until you feel fatigue set in for maximum muscle growth. When you have muscle pain after working out, it is a good sign that you have trained your muscles properly.

Aerobic exercise should turn into a rhythmic process after a period of time, like a singer "finds their voice". This same "rhythm" will become clearer over time as you practice more and more aerobic exercises. Each "voice" is unique to each person, and only you can discover it. It is most easily found during the "solar wind jump" window period. Swimming, Bicycling and Marathon running are good examples. You are increasing the ability for your cells to consume, transport and use oxygen. Aerobic exercise builds healthy endorphin levels.

After performing aerobic exercise, it stimulates the heart, creating protective proteins that protect against heart diseases. You must reach a certain threshold of intensity for maximum effect. Too little exercise is just a waist of time. 60 Minutes of moderate exercise has been shown to give the greatest protection. If you stop the exercising for a week, the protective proteins drop back to the same unprotective levels when you don't exercise. The best food to take after working out is 12oz of a liquid protein/carbohydrate drink. It should consist of 0.7 grams of a high glycemic per pound of bodyweight.

For maximum effect, use the forces of the sun and moon to gain the most benefit.

This is a good way to increase aerobic exercise in your body. An MET is how much oxygen you consume in exactly 1 minute. 2 MET requires the amount of metabolic energy of sitting. 3 MET's requires 3 times as much energy as sitting. The maximum threshold a person can stand is about 23 MET's.

Men loose 4 to 7 ml each minute or 1 to 2 MET's each 10 years of their life, unless they follow anti-aging measures. If you exercise to 10 MET's or more, and you have heart disease, your recovery is just as good as undergoing a heart operation. 10 MET's is the minimum for maximum health and well being. Here is a chart showing the best MET Ranges:

Bicycling 14 to 15 miles per hour - 10 MET's.
Bicycling 12 to 14 miles per hour - 8 MET's.
Stair Treadmill Ergometer - 9.5 MET's

Exercise Tips

Exercise is best done in mid-afternoon, following and listening to your bodys rhythm.

?Do strength training exercise, especially with the large muscle groups (chest, back, and thigh) at least 3 times a week, 15 minutes each time to increase growth hormone secretion. Strength training induces the development of additional new muscle cells and more resilient tendons, ligaments, and muscles. Added strength improves neuromuscular control, which in turn protects you from injury. Strength training is especially important for the back, since lower-back pain is often caused by weakness of the abdominal and/or back muscles.

?Do not over-exercise. The human body is not made to sustain the structural damage from a marathon. It is good for the ego but not for the body. Sustained over-exercising can cause damage at a rate faster than the body's ability to heal. This will wear you out prematurely. Not only is there no upside to excessive training but by generating more free radicals than the body is prepared to scavenge, overtraining actually weakens the immune system and increases susceptibility to degenerative disease. Consistency is far more important than intensity.
?Do not make exercise too complicated. simple exercise program that can be done anywhere is the key.
?Do not compare yourself with others. Each person is unique and is at a different level of fitness.
?Do not try to get fit by being active. You can become more active only by becoming fit.

?Do not initiate too fast a lifestyle change that can act as a stressor to your body, especially if lifelong habits have been well established. Give yourself 1 to 2 years to transition to an anti-aging lifestyle slowly, one step at a time.

The Varieties of Green Tea

There appears to be a "stress" or "internal burning" point reached which causes a fundamental "shift" in the molecular structure of matter.
