Effects on the body during a flare

Harvesting Ormus from the Sun:

Get body up to optimal PH range of around 7 by drinking lots of drinking water. This same "life essence" you experienced from the ormus/shiitake, visualize your body absorbing this same energy from the sun. Picture it streaming into every cell in your body giving it the proper and right amount of "life essence" it requires and no more. Visualize you being like a giant sponge soaking up this life essence and delivering it to your body's cells. Allow your cells to drink up this life essence energy to the right levels and not too much and not too little, just the proper amount until you feel your body wants to "stop" drinking of this energy. Afterwards your body will feel lighter and like there is an "inner light" glowing inside. The Alkaline/Acid Body Balance:
The longer the body is highly alkaline for long periods, the more vulnerable it becomes to bad bacteria. Pole Balancing the cycles throughout the seasons:

During the Days 1-4 after a flare the "white rebuilding light energy" is harder because the geomagnetic energy is stronger on these days. On days 4-8 after the solar flare, this "bad" or "unhealthy energy" is reduced considerably. Because white light energy co-exists with harmony and a better healthily life, pole balancing is naturally easier on these days (the 2mev storm). Therefore, you should have more antioxidants just before and just after a flare. The Synergistic Method is really just a compressed/compact method of the days just before on and after the solar flare. The days are listed as ['s].
