Effects on the body during a flare
We know from research

Harvesting Ormus from the Sun:
Get body up to optimal PH range of around 7 by drinking lots of drinking water. This same "life essence" you experienced from the ormus/shiitake, visualize your body absorbing this same energy from the sun. Picture it streaming into every cell in your body giving it the proper and right amount of "life essence" it requires and no more. Visualize you being like a giant sponge soaking up this life essence and delivering it to your body's cells. Allow your cells to drink up this life essence energy to the right levels and not too much and not too little, just the proper amount until you feel your body wants to "stop" drinking of this energy. Afterwards your body will feel lighter and like there is an "inner light" glowing inside. The key is the sun should be 2 fingers at horizontal length index fingers that is after a while you will feel a "flow or "connection". This is good and recommended. Note: this is similar to the 3rd harmonic city energy. Too much of this "light" will cause premature aging and do not over do it.
ENZYMES
When the body is between 6 and 7, maximum enzyme activity occurs (see photo),
this means that the body is also slightly acid so nutrient absorption is
maximized (more hydroxide ions are created). A higher metabolism creates these
"ormus" type elements in our body. In ormus making, the salt water is made more
alkaline by adding Lye.
The key here is only at certain times, to bring the
body's PH to slightly higher levels, than as it is made more alkaline, the life

The Alkaline/Acid Body
Balance:
The longer the body is highly alkaline for long periods,
the more vulnerable it becomes to bad bacteria. If you are going to be in a more
stressful situation, a more alkaline body is recommended in the morning before
starting out. Too many calories and acidic foods before bed build up as toxins
in the body overnight.
Generally meals should be 2 parts alkaline to 1
part mild acid
Going from an Acid to an Alkaline Body does not create the
"charge" felt after pole balancing. Only taking the Alkaline Food First, than
the proteins (which are acid), is this energy "surge" felt.
The ratio of Alkaline to Acid in the body. There should be
2 Alkaline Meals (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) to 1 Acid Meal in the
evening. This keeps the body at a 2:1 ratio of Alkaline to Acid.
When eating
meals, the alkaline forming substances should be eaten first, followed by the
alkaline, and than the acid /fiber foods. In other words going from maximum
alkaline to maximum acid, not the other direction.
Just like having too much
acid, you can have too much alkaline. Many people focus on the fact that you
cannot get cancer as easily if there are lots of alkaline in the pH levels –
this is true, but your body cannot survive very long with too much alkaline in
the bloodstream. Yes, too much alkaline can cause damage to your body and can
eventually kill you. Your body needs acid because it is used to breaking down
digestive material and converting that food into energy. The alkaline then waits
for the digested food to come into the intestines to neutralize and absorbs all
the nutrients into the blood stream. The key to this diet and to maintaining
good health is to keep a balanced pH level at 7.35
If you get the urge to sway from your raw food diet, have genuine gratitude for it. Just like vegetarians when they crave meat, when they are genuinely grateful for being vegetarian, the craving immediately ceases. The craving may also be due to a lack of protein in the diet.

Glucose from carbohydrates is the major source of production of ATP.
Fatty
acids deplete the available oxygen for the production of ATP by burning glucose
