Food Overdoses/Interactions
The good thing about mother nature, is everything the body needs already exists in natural foods and herbs. Many allergic reactions and overdoses only come from pharmecuticals or supplements that have been manufactured. The fact is that superherbs, superberries and select mineral supplements can provide all the minerals and vitamins that the body needs to stay healthy, and to heal itself.
It is very rare to overdose on a certain herb, berry or food, yet you could die or easily overdose on manufactured supplements and pharmaceuticals. Nature has provided all the things we need for food to deliver the right amount of nutrients into our body. In the case of excess consumption of some natural foods, they can draw out the beneficial nutrients. This is a natural part of the body removing built up minerals that can cause problems if left in the body over the long term. Research is showing that this natural removal acts as a cancer prevention substance..
Calcium is an excellent example, it should be taken alone, or in yogurt or in foods that already have calcium. Calcium, as discussed earlier, is one of the most sensitive minerals. Calcium, magnesium and phosphorus in the right proportions work together to keep your bones strong. If you take too much of one nutrient, it can cause deficiencies in other nutrients. For instance, if you take too much calcium, it can cause your body to absorb less magnesium, phosphorus, iron and zinc, and taking too much vitamin C can cause a copper deficiency.
Other foods will "leech" minerals from the body, as happens with the phytic acids. Other minerals that build up in the body long term are the fat soluble vitamins A and E. If you eat foods high in water soluble vitamins, such as the B vitamins, they don't attract and build up toxins as much as fat soluble vitamins. A good example is Vitamin A, which if you are a smoker and you take large amounts of Vitamin A, you easily get cancer. However, beta carotene from carrots/carrot juice which is super high in Vitamin A, will not cause the same risk, most likely because it is more water soluble, unlike the Vitamin A in fish oils. Beta carotene administered without vitamin E actually has been shown to increase the incidence of prostate cancer. When beta carotene is combined with vitamin E, the cancer risk is lessened.
Water soluble vitamins are only stored for brief periods by the body, and are easily destroyed by light, and any excess is usually excreted in the urine. Out of all the vitamins, water soluble vitamins are the ones that are most easily absorbed by the body. To prevent foods interacting with each other, there should be at least a 2 hour period between taking foods that interact with each other.
Resveratrol makes the body acidic and too much resveratrol has been linked to cancer. Recently researchers at the University of Connecticut showed in animals that lower-dose resveratrol (175 350 milligrams/day, human equivalent dose) protected the heart during a heart attack, preventing mortal events, whereas mega-dose resveratrol (1750 3500 milligrams/day) promoted cell death, which would be appropriate for cancer treatment, but worsens the amount of tissue damage when a heart attack occurs.
Heavy and toxic metals have an affinity to bind to excess proteins left in the body, which is why eating too many proteins burdens the liver and causes a buildup of negative metals in the body. If you get excessive sunlight at the same time, this makes it even worse, as the sun "fuels" these toxins in the cells. When toxins build up in the body, especially people who are mercury toxic, they become allergic to sulphur as it causes a negative chemical reaction. This raises the thiol levels, causing the mercury to circulate in the body and fatty tissues.
Excessive oxygen creates more free radicals, and therefore more cell damage. In one dramatic example, researchers showed that lab rats lived for two to three years in a normal environment, but only survived for three days when raised in a pure oxygen environment.
Echinacea, the super immune boosting herb high in Vitamin C, will cause the stomach to grow harmful bacteria if taken long term. Taking echinacea short-term (up to 10 days or so, or every 3rd or 4th day in small amounts) is a good guide to follow. It is also interesting to note that the herb Echinacea is only most effective when used for a short period of time, and it not reccommended for long term use. It's best to take it when the body's immune system is weaker. Increasing the immune system 4 weeks before/after both equinoxes (2 times per year) is preferable, because this is when the body is most susceptible to stress and immune system breakdown (See Flu Prevention Cures Chapter for more Immune Boosting Tips).
Too many beneficial bacteria in a prebiotic formula may find
the bacteria competing with each other before they can establish themselves in
separate areas of the intestinal tract. One study found that rats fed prebiotics
had a poorer resistance to salmonella. This impairment was partially prevented
by calcium phosphate. To help rebalance an overabundance of good bacteria, take
some cranberries, raw peanuts or carbonated water with a dash of Epsom Salts, as
these immediately "neutralize" any bad bacteria and can act as a "buffer"
to increase the good bacteria into the stomach even more.
Taking prescribed
antibiotics long term or having a diet low in soluble fiber creates a deficiency
of normal gut flora, including Bifidobacteria, Lactobacillus and E. Coli. This
weakens the immune system, providing a significant reduction in resistance to
outside infections. These types of deficiencies have been linked to Irritable
Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and food intolerance.
Raw Peanuts - Excessive consumption has been linked to mental retardation. Raw Peanuts are high in aflaxtoxin which lowers Nucleic Acids (DNA/RNA) proteins and can attack the immune system if taken excessively. No more than 3 handfuls of raw peanuts taken 2 to 3 hours apart is the maximum amount daily. Also raw peanuts will stop healthy DNA division. I take raw peanuts sparingly, as I believe that this is a good way to "clean out" old DNA and make way for the new repair of DNA that occurs from high DNA repairing foods.
Peanut butter. Should not be exposed to heat, light or humidity. It contains aflaxtoxin. That is why you should refrigerate peanut butter. Aflaxtoxin at low levels is one of the biggest contributors to a weak immune system. The natural peanut butters and ones that are "squeezed fresh" in natural food stores have been found to have the highest levels of Aflaxtoxin. On the other hand, the ones made by the large companies such as "jiffy" etc., don't have high levels of this toxin.
Folic Acid, especially the cereal fortified type, will greatly increase the risk of prostate and other cancers. This is because the liver, which is a great detoxer from the body and removes excess, unwanted nutrients and other toxins, finds it hard to remove folic acid, so it continues to circulate in the system.
Excessive amounts of vitamin D cause a drainage of mineral
constituents from the body, with a relatively greater elimination of phosphorus
than of calcium. Dosages of 100,000 times the daily curative dose will produce
anorexia, emaciation, greasy hair, labored breathing, and eventually death. Over
the long term excessive Vitamin D causes bone deformation and
arteriosclerosis.
Chitosan, because it removes fats from the body, will
impair the absorption of fat soluble vitamins such as E, A, D and K and Vitamin
C. At the right times this is a good thing because toxins can gather in these
tissues.
Milk of Magnesia, Chitosan and Apple Cider Vinegar are some of the most powerful fat burners and will also remove the vitamins A and E from the body, which are fat soluble vitamins.
Excess Vitamin E causes the brain to bleed and impairs the immune system leading to cancers. Some breast cancers show an overabundance of vitamin E.
Excess Copper in the body has been shown to induce Schizophrenia. This makes sense, because copper is used to tap telluric current from the earth, which is stronger during geomagnetic storms. Higher geomagnetic activity has been shown to cause increased mental disturbances among some people, especially the elderly.
Excess Calories, Proteins and Sugars not only cause bad bacteria to form in the body, but fill the cells with toxins. They also form bad triglycerides, which store themselves in fat cells. The good triglycerides, found in butter and coconut oil are the beneficial fatty acids. Too much grape seed extract can be a cancer risk. Triglycerides come in 2 forms. Medium Chain and Long Chain. Medium Chain triglycerides are the good ones because they promote weight loss and give the body energy. Long Chain Medium Triglycerides are hard for the body to metabolize. The normal range for triglycerides in the blood should be between 60 to 160 for men and 35 to 135 for women.
Excessive Electromagnetic Fields have been shown to depress melatonin levels and contribute to prostate cancer, as well as upset the calcium balance in cells.
Foods and herbs that boost the immune system can "turn on it" causing cancer if used in excess.
Epsom Salts, when used as an enema, will kill you. The first death by Epsom Salt enema was reported in 1943. Nutmeg if injected directly into the blood turns into an extreme poison.
Taking too many vitamin supplements will build up in the body and lead to a condition called hypervitaminosis. Too many of the Glyconutrients such as Galactose and Xylose will affect mineral retention.
Excess Iron, Copper, Cobalt, Manganese and zinc can damage nutrient absorption, the arteries, dna, enzymes, cause colon cancer, infertility, parkinson's disease and can boost the risk of diabetes and heart attacks.
High fiber intake may also inhibit manganese absorption.
Long term use of the herb Chinese Licorice will deplete
potassium and raise blood pressure.
If your body is low in iron, than the
absorption of manganese is naturally increased in the body.
Excessive Magnesium, calcium and zinc will hinder the
performance of manganese.
Increased iron stores (ferritin levels) are
associated with decreased manganese absorption. Foods highest in Manganese are
teas.
Excessive drinking of herbal teas have been shown to cause
cancer.
Teas and Berries are high in tannic Acids which reduces the
effectiveness of digestive enzymes and stops iron absorption.
Uses of strong bases such as antacids and H-2 blockers (commonly referred to as acid-blockers), decrease the efficiency of calcium, iron and zinc to be absorbed into the body because they make the stomach more alkaline. These minerals absorb best in a slightly acidic PH stomach.
Too many fat soluble vitamins will cause toxins to gather in the bodys tissues causing disease. One example of this is trans-saturated fats, which are a major cause of toxin buildup in the body.
Excess intake of bicarbonate and/or carbonates reacts with calcium and magnesium forming insoluble calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate. This reaction reduces the amount of calcium and magnesium in the cells, allowing sodium to compete for and occupy negatively-charged exchange sites.
Calcium and Calcium Carbonate will reduce the absorption of
iron.
A high intake of vitamin C, zinc and iron may impair the absorption of
copper.
Excess vitamin C removes Vitamin B12. It can enhance tumors and
increase oxidation of iron.
Avoid taking iron and calcium together. It
reduces the effectiveness of both minerals.
Beverages such as red wine,
coffee, black tea, herbal teas and cocoa are rich in polyphenols, which lower
the absorption of non-heme iron.
Raw Wheat Bran (or rice bran) removes
lots of iron from the body.
Too much Vitamin A will stop the absorption of
Iron.
Soybeans will remove iron from the body, soybeans are best taken with
Vitamin C.
Polyphenols such as Wine, green teas, cocoa, grape seed and apples
prevent iron absorption
Excess Phosphorus binds to magnesium molecules,
flushing magnesium out of the body.
Excessive Uric Acid damages DNA and
causes Gout.
Black Pepper if used in excess over the long term will bind to
and attract carcinogens.
Melatonin taken over the long term causes depression, and
disturbs regular sleep cycles.
Wheat Germ will leech minerals from the
body.
Excess insoluble Fiber can deplete the immune system and reduces the
amount of sugar/glucose release into the body. This can impair the immune
system if taken in large amounts over the long term.
Fiber will stop Lutein
Absorption.
Honey and sugar reduce good microbial growth in the body.
The glyconutrient sugars on the other hand, feed good bacteria.
Eating foods
high in sugar removes chromium from the body.
Propionic acid extracts or
powders, taken in large quantities will damage the eyes, skin and mucos
membranes. It is best to get propioic acid from foods that naturally contain it
such as swiss cheese.
Increased molybdenum intake leads to higher levels of
urinary excretion of copper.
High levels of lipids will suppress the ability
of fermentation of SCFA (Short Chain Fatty Acids) in the colon.
Linoliec Acid
lowers zinc in the body.
Caffeine will lower melatonin levels.
Selenium, especially when combined with glutathione can cause a counter
reaction resulting in free radicals and aggressive peroxides.
Excessive
amounts of Selenium over the long term can turn toxic.
Glycerol - Too much
will damage the molecules that protect the body from free
radicals.
Polyphenols should be taken in moderation.
Beta Carotene
decreases Vitamin E concentration in tissues
Excessive amounts of Ormus will
cause excessive food cravings, causing the body to go into a "healing
crisis".
Too much Bacopa, the wonder memory herb, will cause the body to
become "sleepy".
During equinoxes, if your body is highly alkaline, and you
take numerous cold showers, the immune system will become vulnerable to bad
bacteria. (see the flu prevention cure chapter for more details).
Too many
soybeans will reduce the effectiveness of digestive enzymes.
Sunflower seeds
should not be eaten more than 2 to 3 days in a row. High cholesterol foods will
lower SOD levels. Raw eggs should be taken every 2 to 3 days.
Copper is best
absorbed when taken with Iron and Folic Acid.
Mushrooms are high in natural
Copper and Zinc.
Vitamin C and Cysteine will lower copper levels in the body.
Whole Grains, especially rice bran, will remove excess iron in the
body.
Taking alfalfa long term causes an overactive immune system
and stops Vitamin E absorption.
Increased amounts of Cysteine will boost Zinc
levels in the body.
Excess Vitamin C and Zinc will remove copper from the
body.
Excess zinc will depress immune function. Too little will also reduce
it.
Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and Benodite clay (the edible clay), will
remove not only the toxic metals from the body such as mercury and lead, but
also iron, copper and zinc from the body, which are responsible for a strong
immune system. These should be taken one hour between foods as they soak up
beneficial nutrients when they detox.
Foods high in Phytic Acid will lower
magnesium absorption.
Magnesium and calcium are best absorbed in the presence
of Vitamin D.
Grape seed, like Echinacea, has it's own special type of
Vitamin C and will react when taken with Ascorbic Acid (the manufactured form of
Vitamin C).
Too much Vitamin E will lower Vitamin K, which is good for
healthy, strong teeth.
Iron will stop Vitamin A absorption.
Vitamin A and
Beta Carotene will remove Vitamin C.
The body cannot make its own Lutein,
which is vital for healthy eyesight. Lutein must come from foods or herbs
high in Lutein. A little Lutein goes a long way. Only 6mg daily are all that is
needed to maintain excellent vision.
Lutein can be found in yellow egg
yolk. Too much Lutein will affect Vitamin A absorption.
Yellow Egg Yolk should be taken every 2 to 3 days due to the
albium binding effect, which binds to fiber. Fiber is a valuable source to
remove toxins from the body and increases nutrient absorption.
Turmeric - A
powerful anti-inflammatory, should be used in moderation. Overuse will stress
the immune system
Excessive whey protein concentrate can create excessive protein build up in the body, attracting toxins.
Eating after 7 p.m. or before 7 a.m. will create a "lack" or "starved" desperate feeling in your body, leading to "midnight snacks" and creating an "off balance" effect, that taxes the liver, digestive enzymes and more.
Loss or depleted Magnesium levels in foods occur from the
following manufacturing methods:
Dry roasting nuts removes the highly
nutritious oils which contain magnesium.
Milling flour from grains strips
magnesium from the grain.
Sugar in anything uses up magnesium.
Fluoridated,
softened, and distilled water depletes magnesium.
Carbonated beverages and
some processed foods, like lunch meat, contain phosphates that bind to magnesium
molecules and flush it out of the body.
Alcohol blocks magnesium, especially
if you have three or more drinks a day.
Coffee works like a diuretic to flush
magnesium from the body.
Some foods like raw or roasted nuts and seeds,
soybeans, spinach, and chard contain compounds called phytic acid and
oxalic acid which can cause magnesium to be eliminated from the body.
Mercury toxic people are allergic to sulphur foods, which contain thiols. Thiol sulphurs make mercury circulate in the body. People who eat foods high in sulphur and are mercury toxic, will get the greatest feeling in the world, than all of a sudden come down with symptoms of a sluggish, deep depression.
How Excessive Antioxidants Contribute to Fatigue
Excessive antioxidants will contribute to fatigue and muscle weakness. Taking too many antioxidant supplements will make the body also feel tired and sluggish. Several years ago, in an experiment Researcher Harman and his colleagues found that large amounts of butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), a synthetic antioxidant, interfered with the ability of mice to produce energy.
It is very hard to overdose on natural foods high in antioxidants. The liver naturally handles the overload and the rest are taken up by digestive enzymes. Good examples include pomegranate, blueberry and goji berry. The USDA Human Nutrition Center ranked blueberries as the number one antioxidant out of over 40 fruits and vegetables tested. The antioxidant activity of commercial pomegranate juices is nearly three times that of wine and tea. Acai berry contains powerful antioxidants and anthocyanins, as well as a naturally occurring array of essential fatty acids, amino acids and plant sterols. Two other powerful antioxidant berries include maqui berry (Aristotelia chilensis), otherwise known as Chilean Wineberry and Guarana an Amazonian fruit.
After a while, many manufactured antioxidants can themselves turn oxidative. These spent antioxidants need to be absorbed by other antioxidants or dissolved by antioxidant enzymes such as catalase, superoxide dismutase and peroxide. Exercise is one way to do this, or by taking SOD supplements every 2 days or eating foods high in SOD every 2 days works best.
Daily Optimal Antioxidant Ranges
Vitamin E, 100-400 IU daily.
Vitamin C, 200-1,000 mg
daily.
Vitamin A/Beta Carotene, 17,500-50,000 IU daily.
Selenium 100 mcg
daily.
Coenzyme Q10 30 mg daily.
How Phytic and Oxalic Acids Bind to Minerals
Phytic acids (Phytates) and Oxalic Acids remove important minerals from the body faster than almost any type of food out there. They bind to important minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc, flushing them out of the body. Phytic acid may be considered a phytonutrient, providing an antioxidant effect and acting as a cancer preventitive.
Phytic acid is one of the few chelating therapies used for uranium removal. To remove Phytic Acids, usually found in dried nuts and seeds, one method is by soaking them in water for 8 or more hours. Or you can soak them in an acid medium such as lactic acid. Phytate is also the main ingredient in unleavened bread.
Raw nuts and seeds, soybeans, spinach, chard and wheat bread are high in phytic acid, with fiber and rice brain being the highest.
Oxalic acids. Oxalic acid binds with calcium, iron, sodium, magnesium, or potassium, making them inaccessible to the body. When they bind with calcium, they produce insoluble salts such as calcium oxalate which can not be absorbed. Beet pulp which is high in Oxalic acid prevents cesium absorption up to 97% and is used to recover the metal iron from magnetite (iron oxide) during manufacturing. It is used to make magnetic water chargers.
Foods highest in Oxalic acid include beets. Vegetables with
high levels of oxalic acid include spinach, rhubarb, chard, beets and beet
leaves. Other foods high in Oxalic acids include apples, asparagus, chocolate,
cocoa, coffee, most berries (especially strawberries and cranberries),
most nuts (especially peanuts), beans, beets, beet greens, bell peppers, black
pepper, parsley, rhubarb, spinach, swiss chard, summer squash, sweet
potatoes, and tea. Plant foods with high concentrations of oxalic acid
(over 200 ppm) include (but are not limited to): lamb's-quarter,
buckwheat, star fruit, black pepper, purslane, poppy seeds, rhubarb, tea,
plantains, ginger, almonds, cashews, kale, garden sorrel, mustard greens,
bell peppers, sweet potatoes, soybeans, tomatoes, beet greens, oats,
pumpkin, cabbage, green beans, mango, eggplant, tomatoes, lentils, and
parsnips.
rom this we can conclude that because many foods are high in oxalic acids, a constant "flushing" effect is naturally occurring in the body, and new forms of calcium and other nutrients must constantly be introduced to keep these at proper levels.
The Coffee is Bad for Health Myth
Caffeine has been shown to help protect against certain age-related brain problems such as Alzheimer's's s Disease (AD) and dementia. A study titled Midlife Coffee and Tea Drinking and the Risk of Late-Life Dementia: A Population-based CAIDE Study was conducted at the University of Kuopio in Finland over the course of twenty-one years. Led by associate professor Miia Kivipelto, the researchers goal was to study the association between coffee and tea consumption at midlife and dementia/AD risk in late-life, because the long-term impact of caffeine on the central nervous system was still unknown, and as the pathologic processes leading to Alzheimer's's disease may start decades before the clinical manifestation of the disease.
The study revealed that middle-aged coffee drinkers were less susceptible to dementia and AD during the latter stages of their life compared to non-drinkers. This is because coffee helps keep the brain active, boosting focus and concentration. It is also high in the thiol sulphur and rich in polyphenols. It's only when caffeine is taken in excessive amounts for long periods do the long term negative consequences manifest themselves.
The Raw Food / Vegetarian Lifestyle
Besides cardiovascular exercise and resistance training, transitioning to a raw food diet is one of the most efficient and best ways to greatly increase the health of the body. People who eat raw foods have significantly higher levels of beneficial enzymes in their body, which helps significantly slow down the aging process, and in some cases, even reverse it. If you are vegetarian, you'll never fear heart attacks. It is a scientific fact that vegetarians never suffer heart attacks.
Many people are addicted to cooked food, especially junk food. However, you are not doing your body a favor over the long term. The lack of nutrients in these foods eventually catch up with you causing disease, illness and sickness.
Just as sugar cravings fade after taking natural sugar substitutes, junk food cravings also go away after about 6 to 8 months after eating raw foods. After eating manufactured / processed foods after 6 months and your body has been on a raw food diet, you will find that the feeling associated with "live foods", especially your connection to higher "vibrations".Manufactured foods are sorely lacking in these vital life giving nutrients. I know this from experience and from others who have also undergo the same transformation.
Dr. Francis Pottenger conducted a now-famous independent study about the long-term effects of eating cooked foods. The study involved 900 cats over the course of ten years. During the study, Dr. Pottenger fed two sets of cats raw untreated milk and meat. He also fed another three sets of cats pasteurized milk and cooked meat. The cats that ate the raw food were healthy, disease-free, and produced healthier kittens generation after generation. The cats that ate the meat and untreated milk, were lethargic and began to suffer from allergies, infections, and other maladies, including kidney, heart, thyroid, and gum diseases, at the start of their first generation. Each succeeding generation of cats that ate cooked food showed progressively more illness and disease. The third generation of cats that ate cooked food were not even able to produce offspring.
In another famous experiment, Scientist Dr. McCarrison gave a set of rats the diet of people who ate "cheap" junk type foods in England. At the time these foods included: white bread, margarine, sweetened tea, boiled vegetables, tinned meats and inexpensive jams and jellies. On this diet, not only did the rats develop all kinds of diseased conditions, but they became nervous wrecks and were easily susceptible to anxiety and fear. They were nervous and apt to bite their attendants; they lived unhappily together, and by the sixtieth day of the experiment they began to kill and eat the weaker ones amongst them. All these conditions had a common causation: faulty nutrition with or without infection. He found that when the rats were fed on diets similar to those of people whose physique was good, and of proper nutrition, the physique and mental health of the rats were sound and in excellent health.
Cooking destroys the immune boosting mineral glutamine, especially in vegetables. Thiol Sulphur is another substance removed by cooking, as well as the many beneficial life giving enzymes.
Research is well documented showing that uncooked foods will recharge the cells of the body, restoring them to health and harmony. By eating foods rich in enzymes, your body starts to send clear intuitive signals when it needs certain foods to attain maximum health. These signals include what to eat, how much to eat and how often to eat. The mind also develops an increased awareness for taking personal responsibility for the planet. A perfect example is just before the 2 equinoxes that occur per year, when the body is naturally detoxing, you will have the urge to increase the immune system as the body begins a "new cycle" etc. From my personal experience, I can always tell when geomagnetic storms occur, as the energy is felt substantially more in my body at night during these times.
When food is cooked, the heat transforms the electrons into a net positive charge, reversing the negative polarity that benefits our cells. In some foods this is beneficial so the protein can become denatured, making it easier for the stomach to absorb it. In most cases, cooking just destroys the beneficial nutrients and enzymes.
Because heat transforms the electrons in foods into a net positive charge, it becomes the same polarity as toxins. Some substances in nature that have positive charges are mercury, lead, aluminum and cadmium. These substances slowly and gradually build up in the body, hiding themselves in crooks and crannies. Their toxins than manifest as numerous negative health consequences.
Research has shown that animals and plants "pick up" a signal or intent of danger before it happens, the same happens with our cells. Humans are the only creatures with a cellular structure closest to that of the sun. When food is loaded with negative electrons, it creates healthy cellular metabolism, resonating with our sun and distant galaxies, expanding our awareness and increasing our connection to the cosmos. From personal experience and others, this increased connection to the cosmos, increases the ability to solve problems thus using far less resources.
Our cells are directly affected by the activity from the sun. They are most affected by increasing sunspots. Just as an increased solar flux creates more ATP, it also affects the enzymes in the sprouted grains, such as barley and wheat. I have found that eating sprouted barley or wheat when the sun is more active, increases my creativity, intention, awareness and expands my consciousness.
This new awareness is due to the increase of the electrons in foods. This inflowing/outflowing of photons from our cells gather around our lipids, which act as a capacitor. Photons never age or grow old or die out. They are made of sunlight, starlight and light from distant galaxies. Adequate levels of high electron absorbing foods such as Spirulina has been linked to increased resistance to sunburn and reduction of skin cancers. Spirulina is one of the highest electron absorbing foods known. The type of Superoxide Dismutase found in Spirulina is different from the ordinary SOD's. This one is higher in a type of absorbable iron, so you need take less.
High Electron Absorbing Foods (foods that are electron
donators): Potassium, Tomatoes, Spirulina, Asparagus, Cabbage, Soaked Flax
and Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Oil. Others include Capsicum (Green Bell
Pepper), Poppy Seed, Yellow Mustard Powder.
If you cannot grow your own food,
the best food to buy in supermarkets are foods that have been "freeze dried".
These retain an almost 100% nutrient rich environment, just as if you had picked
them fresh from the garden. Also you can purchase parsley, spinach or ciliantro
from supermarkets and re-plant them in a small indoor or outdoor garden and
"pick" them from the soil when you need them. When food is picked fresh from the
soil, it is always strongest in nutrients and vitamins. This also saves
refrigerator space.
The cell membranes in our body are composed of a small twin layer of "lipids" made up of fat and oils. These work both ways. They can store toxins and also pull out toxins, and at the same time bring in new oxygen. If these fats and oils are full of toxins, the new incoming oxygen feeds the bad bacteria in these fats and oils, causing more disease.
Lipids are most affected by the solar electrons from our sun and also energy from geomagnetic storms. It is my belief that these fats that gather in the body, especially if the lipids in the cells are full of toxins, and there is a negative geomagnetic storm, your body will feel more sluggish and "heavy", especially if the geomagnetic storms occur longer than usual, such as they do in April and September. The best way to avoid this is to take fat burning foods such as Apple Cider Vinegar, Chitosan etc, which burn out these negative fats, and than taking fat soluble vitamins A and E, to rebuild the good fats into the cells.
How to Get Adequate Protein
Protein is essential for muscle building and healthy skeletal tissue. Raw Foodists and Vegetarians must have adequate protein levels in their body for both energy and muscle repair. The best proteins are the alkaline ones which come from cottage cheese, and whey protein isolate. These 2 foods will also solve the problem of a lack of energy which haunts some raw foodists. Also more iron is necessary, which can come from raisins (a great source of energy), sunflower seeds, spinach and Tofu. However when taking Tofu it is a good idea to take Vitamin C with Tofu because Tofu will interfere with iron absorption in the body, due to its high phytic content.
Vitamin B12, which comes from swiss cheese, egg yolk or sardines should also be taken every 2 to 3 days. Even though I have been vegetarian for 8 years, I take Sardines, which are high in Nucleic Acids. Before I eat sardines, I always mentally thank them for the sacrifice they have given us. This offsets the "negative" stigma that seems to linger around slaughtered foods. Lightly Braised liver is also one of the best sources of Iron and Vitamin B12, and should only be taken 2 to 3 times yearly, as iron and B12, remain in the body for a long time.
Raw Foodists and Vegetarians also need more Omega 3's in their food. These are available in Canola Oils, Olive Oils, Almonds, Pecans, Olives, Pistachios, and Peanuts.
Many Raw Foodists and Vegetarians at some point in the process begin "craving food", which is a normal part of the body repairing/detoxing itself. This same "craving" also sometimes occurs when taking Ormus.
The best way to destroy these food cravings is to do the following: Increase the amount of Phytosterols or drink lots of water. These provide the nourishment the cells are seeking. Foods High in Phytosterols include: Sesame Seeds, Aloe Vera, Shiitake Mushroom, Wheat Germ, Cumin Seed, Raw Peanuts Extra Virgin Olive Oil (cold pressed), and Sunflower Seeds. I personally take a mixture of 3 tablespoons of Cumin Seed and 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Seeds, which stops this craving instantly.
Performing the Ancient Egyptian Pole Balancing Exercise will also remove these excessive food cravings. A way to increase your self control and avoid temptations to eat foods that poison your system is to be more grateful for the nutritious foods you currently eat, and staying away from situations that temp you to eat junk food. This has always worked for me and I have successfully avoided an unnecessary addiction to junk foods for over 8 years.
The Miracle of Barley
Barley is the most energy-efficient food available in nature, having major benefits for those who are concerned with maximizing longevity, avoiding disease, increasing athletic performance, boosting energy and fighting obesity. The composition of sprouted barley is unique among all other foods found in nature, holding extreme amounts of energy for a small amount of space. Sprouted barley provides four hundred percent more energy than barley that hasn t been pre-sprouted. Barley transforms into a gel in the GI tract, allowing maximum nutrient absorption. It stabilizes glucose levels and is great for use by diabetics. Barley grass is an excellent alkaline protein with an amazing number of beneficial nutrients. Sprouted Barley has 11 times the calcium as cows milk, 5 times more iron than spinach, lots of Vitamin B12 and most of all has small molecular proteins, allowing for extremely easy absorption by the stomach. It also works rapidly to repair DNA and RNA. Barley contains Tricine, which has a very, very low negative charge, making it a great negative ion food, making the body beneficially alkaline. It also has a very high ionic strength, allowing significantly more nutrient absorption than almost any other food. Barley grass contains Polysaccharides, which keeps the SOD enzyme naturally protected from destruction during digestion, boosting SOD levels significantly.
Barley Grass Synergists include: Vitamin C, Spirulina, Bee Pollen and Alfalfa. Next to Goji Berry and Jiaogulan, Barley Grass is one of the best superfoods out there.
General Eating Rules That Contribute to Longivity
How much you eat and how often has an impact on the metabolism of your body. The most efficient way to keep the metabolism active is to eat 6 small meals per day. Other rules include: Eat breakfast before 7:30 a.m and eating a minimum of 1 hour before sunset, never eating a heavy meal late at night. Most of all never eat a heavy meal within three hours of bedtime. Fluids before bed are okay, as they don't hamper digestion.
It's best to eat prebiotic foods every 2 to 3 days and to take fiber every 3 to 4 days. Avoid excess protein intake. Excess amino acids contained in protein convert themselves into non-toxic carbon dioxide and water plus highly toxic ammonia. At this stage the body immediately protects itself by turning the ammonia into less toxic urea, which is then excreted by the kidneys. As mentioned numerous times throughout this book, eating protein beyond your body's capacity to remove it overloads the kidneys, unnecessarily wasting valuable digestive enzymes and poisoning the blood. Spring water with alkaline proteins works best as it feeds digestive enzymes.
A convenient way to store anti-aging herbs for long periods is to make them into tincures. Tincures last up to 7 times longer than herbs. There are excellent numerous sites online that show how to make herbs into tinctures.
Foods that boost Cell to Cell Communication
When the body is not overloaded with toxins it greatly
enhances the clear signals of cell to cell communication. The stronger the
communication between cells, the more rapidly they rebuild themselves.
Foods that boost cell to cell communication include: Polysaccharides, Ormus,
Aloe Vera, Phytochemicals, Calcium, Lecithin, Superoxide Dismutase Enzyme, Omega
3 Oils, Glyconutrient Sugars, and Phosphatidycholine.
Phosphatidycholine boosts the protective mucus in the intestine and is found in high levels in the brain and all living organisms in nature. It can be increased by having an adequate intake of Choline and taking foods high in Lecithin, such as sprouted sunflower seeds. Phosphatidycholine is also found in Egg Yolks, Soybeans, sardines, and raw peanuts.
The Superfoods. Less Is More.
Nature has provided us with certain herbs and plants that are so strong, only small amounts are necessary to bring health to the body. This means you spend much less to get good results and use significantly much less resources to grow and cultivate them. The thing about superfoods is they can build up and tend to stay in the body longer than other anti-aging foods/herbs. When taking superfoods, less is more. More can actually do harm. Here are a list of some superfoods:
Sweet Potatoes contain 174% of the recommended daily
allowance of Vitamin A. One of the most potent foods for extremely high
levels of Vitamin A.

stimulate the immune system and aid the body in protecting against disease. They
possess significant anti-inflammatory properties. The immune system, a critical
collection of biological structures and processes, is important to keep as
strong as possible. With so many medications being prescribed for immune
disorders these days; write yourself off of that e-prescribing program and
consider Yerba Mate as a natural way to strengthen your body's defense.
There are 196 volatile (or active) chemical compounds found
in the Yerba Mate plant. In 2005, researchers at the University of Illinois
studied 25 different types of mate. They found the tea to contain "higher levels
of antioxidants than green tea"... and, based on cell studies, "may help prevent
oral cancer." Other studies have shown yerba mate to possess up to 90% more
metabolism-boosting nutrients than green tea!

Super Nutritious Foods and Vitamins
In this chapter are explained the properties of certain foods and their beneficial and powerful effects upon the body. Although not in the class of "superfoods", these foods, herbs and compounds are of significant benefit to the body.
Lactoferrin. Limits the availability of iron to bacteria in the intestines, which allows only the beneficial bacteria to thrive. Lactoferrin also binds to specific sequences of DNA. Lactoferrin prevents free radical formation, enhances oxygenation of tissues and supports white blood cell activity. The natural herb Skullcap has similar effects as lactoferrin. While lactoferrin is most certainly impressive on its own, when combined with Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, it gives a big boost to the immune system.
Vitamin H - Increases Biotin Activity in the blood over 100 times. Biotin plays a major role in the citric acid cycle and is necessary for cell growth, the production of fatty acids, and the metabolism of fats and amino acids.
The difference between water soluble vitamins and fat soluble vitamins: Water-soluble vitamins work in energy metabolism. Fat-soluble vitamins work in organ metabolism such as the eyes, bones, teeth, gastrointestinal system, nervous system, skin, and blood.
B vitamins are essential to the body and because they are
water soluble, and need to be taken regularly.
Some foods which are
considered to be high in some of the Vitamin B group are lentils, bananas,
potatoes, and tempeh (soy based). In addition, black strap molasses and
brewer's yeast are good sources of B vitamins.
Oats, barley, wheat bran,
avocado, salmon, Brazil nuts (and other nuts) are more good sources of B
vitamins.
Sources high in B12 include: Dairy products such as eggs and
Mollusks and Salmon.
Lysine. When food has a higher ratio of lysine in it, it helps prevent cold sores. Foods that contain this include: Capsicum, Watercress, Swiss Chard, Mushrooms, Corn Grits, Oats, Garlic, Grapes. Foods with the perfect Lysine to Arginne Ratio: Beets, Endive, Leeks, Pumpkin, Pineapple, Potato, Celery, Peach, Plum, Cauliflower , Watermelon, Cabbage, Whole Egg, Kale and Guava.

Oats. Helps boost Short Chain Fatty Acid Production.
Resveratrol. This powerful anti-aging substance can be obtained from the following: Grape seeds, the Chinese herb Huzhang, Mulberries, Itadori tea & Red grape juice and Peanut butter. To boost dry bowel movements, black sesame seed and mulberry fruit can be used.
New research has shown that Vitamin K is the key to calcium balance in the body and it enhances circulation. Vitamin K is also a key factor needed for the body to absorb calcium. Vitamin K can be found in Milk, Yogurt and Keifer.
Braised Liver. Extremely high in Heme Iron. Should only be taken sparingly. Iron feeds not only good bacteria, but also the bad bacteria, which is why it is important when taking high amounts of iron, to take lots of vitamin C to boost the immune system.
Fulvic Acid. Research has shown remarkable bone regeneration and resorption characteristics when animal bone implants were impregnated with fulvic acid prior to transplant into patients. The bone implant then became highly osteoconductive, and served the host tissue as a "guide-line" for the deposition of newly developing bone tissue. The same transplant procedure without using fulvic acid showed no signs of regeneration during the course of the experiment.
Drynaria, Cuscuta Seed and Astragalus are neuron stimulating herbs and are also used extensively in bone rebuilding.
Green Coffee Bean Extract + Sunflower Seed Flour are high in chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid will naturally increase further in PH solutions of 8 and above (more alkaline).
Piperine (in black pepper) has been shown to do the
following:
Dramatically increases the absorption of Selenium, Curcillum,
Vitamin B and Beta-Carotene. It enables more efficient absorption of needed or
targeted nutrients during the digestive process.
Supports and assists the
body s natural thermogenic activities.
Washing hands in a weak solution of iron oxide and distilled water will make the hands soft. Iron Oxide retains moisture, and the distilled water penetrates the skin easily.
Rosemary - Protects DNA. Can be used to preserve fish and meat.
Black Rice Bran - Better than brown rice bran (usually the darker the shade in most foods, the more nutrient rich it is).
Schinzandra Berry - Liver Protection.
Black Cumin Seed Oil (or fennel) - Heals Skin, Nails and Hair, also proven to boost the immune system.
Dried Basil. Out of all herbs, Basil is highest in Vitamin A and Zeaxanthin. It also helps the body absorb Omega 3 and Omega 6 Oils. Olive oil and Basil are a good combination.
Lecithin - Antioxidant Synergism to Fats and Oils (Lecithin can be obtained from yellow Egg Yolk).
Raw yellow egg yolk will remove a build up of excessive proteins in the body, helping to reduce the load on the liver.
The best circulation stimulants are: Lemon, Ginger, Black Pepper and Black Pepper Oil.
Pitachoes - High in Lutein.
Rehmannia Herb - Relieves
Fatigue.
Vitamin A will increase iron absorption up to twofold and excessive Vitamin A intake causes cancer, probably because Iron breeds both good and bad bacteria.
Schinzandra - Boosts Glutathione Levels.
Yellow Egg Yolk - Removes bad Nanobacteria (the eggs have albumin which stops the calcium carbonate from building up and feeding the nanobacteria).
Burdock - Purifies, Cleanses Blood and Restores Skin Color and Tone. A good combination is Burdock and Coconut oil.
Licorice Herb - Increases and acts as a synergist of herbs that create and promote SOD, protects good enzymes from destruction, and enhances the effectiveness of similar herbs.

Improving the Absorption of Curcillum in the Body
Curcillum is used for arthritis relief and prevention, and also to relieve inflammation. The bad part about curcillum is that it does not absorb very well into the body. Bioperine, a substance from black pepper will boost the absorption of curcillum considerably. Another method to boost curcillum is to place it in Liposomal nano-bubbles. This makes it 9 to 10 times more effective than piperine. Also because of this increased absorption, you only need to use a little. This means a therapeutic application that requires 10 to 15 grams of oral curcillum can now be accomplished with 1 2 tablespoons of Liposomal curcillum. A good combination for achieving maximum absorption of curcillum is to mix it with Vitamin C and Resveratrol.
Here is a recipe for preparing homemade Liposomal containing three super-star supplements, Vitamin C, Resveratrol and Curcillum. Note: It is reccommended you use water soluble Vitamin C, as this is much easier to place into an efficient liposomal.
Directions:
Using a small (2 cup) Ultrasonic cleaner,
(Item #03305, obtainable from Harbor Freight @ about $30.00), perform the
following:
Using a glass or stainless steel sauce pan warm 1 = cups of
distilled water to 45 degrees Celsius (113 degrees Fahrenheit).
In two 12 oz.
or larger sealable jars place = cup (4 oz.) of the warmed distilled water in
each.
Add 3 tablespoons of non-GMO soy lecithin (NOW brand works well) to
each jar. Seal jars and agitate each vigorously for 3 5 minutes. Set jars
aside allowing the lecithin granules to soak up water.
After soaking for two
or more hours shake/agitate each jar vigorously until smooth creamy lecithin
solutions in each jar with no visible lecithin granules.
Place 10 grams
curcillum (3 1/3 level teaspoons) in one jar of lecithin solution, close jar
tightly and agitate/shake aggressively for 3 5 minutes until curcillum is in
solution.
Place 3 grams Resveratrol (3 level teaspoons) in the 2nd jar of
lecithin solution, close jar and agitate/shake. aggressively for 3 5
minutes until Trans-Resveratrol is in solution. Resveratrol is very reactive to
open air and will oxidize quickly. Store any unused portions in an airtight
container.
Pour contents of both jars together into ultra-sonic cleaner and
turn the unit on. Stir with straw through the first cycle. (Approximately 2 3
minutes.)
Start next ultrasonic cycle. When ultrasonic unit stops start
again. Continue running cycles and stir occasionally while accomplishing the
following.
Wash your sealable jars. Place two oz. of warm distilled water in
each jar.
Add 1 Tablespoon prescription Vitamin C powder to 1st jar, seal and
shake/agitate vigorously until Vitamin C is dissolved.
Dissolve 1
Teaspoon of Bob s Red Mill Bicarbonate of Soda (Bob s is Aluminum free) in 2nd
jar, seal and shake / agitate vigorously until baking soda is dissolved.
What follows is often the most difficult part of the process for those new to making homemade liposomals. While stirring the Vitamin C / distilled water solution, very slowly pour/dribble the dissolved bicarbonate of soda/water mixture into the Vitamin C / distilled water solution. (Pour soda solution slowly as the resulting mixture will bubble. By pouring slowing and constantly stirring the Vitamin C solution, you will be able to mix the two without bubbling over.)
At the conclusion of mixing the bicarbonate of soda mixture into the Vitamin C mixture, the bubbling will cease. Pour the resulting total Vitamin C / Bicarbonate of Soda mix together into what was the Bicarbonate of Soda jar and swirl to dissolve any soda that may have settled out.
Pour the resulting Vitamin C / Bicarbonate of Soda mixture
in the ultrasonic unit with the Lecithin, Resveratrol and curcillum
mix.
Operate the ultrasonic cleaner for 4 additional cycles or 10
minutes.
Measure the PH of the resulting Liposomal combination. You are
seeking a PH reading between 7.25 and 7.50. Both Vitamin C and Resveratrol are
acidic. If needed, add very small amounts of additional soda to buffer it,
returning Liposomal to neutral. Bottle and refrigerate the resulting combination
Liposomal.
Dosage: Start with just one or two tablespoons daily and increase
dosage slowly, following your intuition carefully as your progress. Each
Tablespoon of this Liposomal Combination results in:
500 mg Vitamin C. Assuming 10 x efficacy the equivalent of 5
grams oral.
500 mg curcillum. Assuming 10 x efficacy the equivalent of 5
grams oral.
500 mg Resveratrol. Assuming 20 x efficacy the equivalent of 10
grams oral.
The combination is more effective if blood levels are kept near constant. So dividing doses over time is a valid strategy. Example: 1 tablespoon in the morning and evening, as opposed to two tablespoons in the morning. Just like calcium absorption, it is best absorbed every 5 to 6 hours. Or, a teaspoon every hour for 12 hours as opposed to 4 tablespoons every three hours.
For those using this process to heal cancer, all ingredients
are noted for apoptosis (cancer killing) so approach the use with significant
caution and common sense. Large doses could cause a severe herxhiemer reaction,
overwhelming your body s ability to remove the resulting cancer die off.

The Key Omega 6 to Omega 3 Ratio is between 2:1 and 3:1. If the diet contains more omega-6's than omega-3's, the omega-6's will bind with the enzymes that are required to convert ALA into EPAs and DHAs.
Both omega-6 and omega-3's (linoleic and linoleic acid) are
profoundly necessary and essential to the diet. They are the key regulators for
most biological functions in the body and provide the structural matrix
for cell membranes and intracellular transport with linkages to saturated
fat and protein. Consuming protein, pyroxidine (vitamin B6), biotin (B7),
calcium, copper, magnesium and zinc has been shown to significantly
improve the absorbance of Omega 3's and Omega 6's into the body. Essential fatty
acids may also enhance calcium absorption, increase beneficial calcium deposits
in bones, diminish calcium loss in urine, improve bone strength, and
enhance bone growth, all of which may contribute to improved bone mass and,
therefore, strength.
The Omega 3 Connection
The healthy human cell membrane is made up of three long chain fatty acids, Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9. The body does not make these long chain fatty acids. A shortage of any of these causes your body to make short chain trans fatty acids to take the place of the missing long chain fatty acid. That short chain fatty acid turns into HDL & LDL cholesterol, which can only be lowered via medication or by taking the combination of Garlic and Turmeric.
Cholesterol can't dissolve in the blood. It has to be
transported to and from the cells by carriers called lipoproteins. Low-density
lipoprotein, or LDL, is known as "bad" cholesterol. High-density lipoprotein, or
HDL, is known as "good" cholesterol. These two types of lipids, along with
triglycerides and Lp(a) cholesterol, make up your total cholesterol count, which
can be determined through a blood test. When too much
LDL (bad) cholesterol
circulates in the blood, it can slowly build up in the inner walls of the
arteries that feed the heart and brain. Together with other substances, it can
form plaque, a thick, hard deposit that
can narrow the arteries and make
them less flexible.
This condition is known as atherosclerosis. If a clot forms and blocks a narrowed artery, heart attack or stroke can result. EFA (Essential Fatty Acids) molecules carry slight negative charges that cause them to repel one another, spreading out in all directions. This enables EFA s to carry oil-soluble toxins from deep within the body to the skin surface for elimination. It is this repelling effect that carries the toxins that are oil-soluble, especially toxins that have built up in fatty tissues, to emerge from deep within the body to the surface. Omega 3's also act as "batteries" storing electrical charges that produce bio-electric currents important for nerve, muscle, and cell membrane functions, and the transmission of messages. EFA s also form associations with sulfhydryl group (cysteine) in proteins, important in reactions that make possible the one-way movement of electrons and energy on which life depends.
Omega 3's are now being produced in the lab using genetically engineered fermenting bacteria. It was also found that the addition of vegetable oil to the process greatly enhanced the growth and omega-3 production. Another fermentation process for producing omega 3 fish oil utilizes lactobacillus cultures. Lactobacillus is a bacterium that ferments milk products. The bacterium is genetically modified to produce omega 3 oils. The altered bacterium produces omega 3-enriched yogurt and other fermented dairy products. It is also possible to control the types and ratios of the omega 3 oils in the products with this technology.
Food Sources of Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids Include: Cod liver Oil, Olive oil, Flax Oil, Chia seeds, Sardines, Cod Liver Oil, Walnut Oil, Menhaden Oil (used in fishing) and Borage Oil. Borage oil should be taken with Omega 6 oils (Safflower Oils) for proper PGE1 production.
Food Sources of Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids
Include:
Safflower oil - the richest natural source, Sunflower oil, Soybean
oil, Walnut oil, Wheatgerm oil.
Omega 3's should be taken with carnitine and/or Vitamin E
(which boosts the cells ATP levels) for effective transport of the oils into the
cell's mitochondria. Omega 3's are also best absorbed when taken with an
alkaline protein, such as cottage cheese. Good combinations are sardines +
cottage cheese. Sprouted flax seeds + cottage cheese etc. If you exercise,
you should take Omega 3's and alkaline proteins after exercising and not
before.
Lack of Omega 3's in your diet in conjunction with a high
complex carb diet will cause increased thirst, dry hair, brittle nails and dry
skin. In some cases it can cause severe itching. A good cure of this
is 2 parts Cod Liver oil to 1 part wheat germ oil.
The Powerful Synergy of Absorbic Acid (Synthetic Vitamin C)
Vitamin C taken with herbs and certain minerals, will greatly boost their effectiveness. You can do numerous internet searches using natural herbs + Vitamin C and you will find a significant number of increased benefits when vitamin C is included with the herb or substance.
It is my theory that this chemical reaction is happening because the Vitamin C is an acid (absorbic acid). When the intestine is made more acidic, nutrient absorption greatly increases. When you mix vitamin C with chloride, which is commonly found in drinking water, you get hydroclauric acid. Hydroclauric acid is the main acid in our stomach that is responsible for breaking down food and increasing nutrient absorption into the body.
Research has also found that taking a daily dose of Vitamin C raises the concentration of glutathione in red blood cells by as much as 50%. Vitamin C also increases the effectiveness of mucilaginous herbs. Vitamin C Synergists: Nickel, Iron, phosphorus, germanium, selenium, tin, Vitamin A, adrenals.
The Wisdom of Food Combining
I could write a whole chapter on food combining, however it all comes down to two simple rules. Do not combine nut proteins with fermented foods such as yogurt, cheese Keifer etc. Do not combine starches and sugars. These two main "fuels" conflict with each other. Think of gasoline and oxygen. Both are extremely combustible, but only under the right conditions. If you combine oxygen with gasoline, it affects the rate and the type of burn that is associated with the fuel. Starches naturally turn into sugar, as happens in photosynthesis. Proteins are dissolved by the bacteria in yogurt, as well as amino acids. If you start these chain reactions too soon, they become counterproductive to each other.
Improving Oxygen Delivery to the Cells
Every cell in your body acts as a tiny little battery. To successfully bring nourishment in, and take poisons out, it has to be fully charged. Oxygen is what creates this electrical charge, with the proteins conducting this electrical activity. This electricity also carries an electrostatic field with it.
If the batteries become "flat", only 5 substances can pass in or out of the cell. They are water, sugar, potassium, cesium and rubidium. The main minerals that should flow in and out of charged cells are sodium, phospherous and calcium.
No matter how much oxygen you put into your blood and cells, without the proper foods that help these nutrients enter into the cells, giving your body new oxygen will do no good. Think of new oxygen being introduced into the body as a farmer tilling the soil to introduce new oxygen that feeds the good aerobic bacteria, which produces up to 18 times as much energy, thus renewing the soil.
