This "Regeneration Cycle" occurs on average about once every 2 months (8 weeks). During this "window" by eating a lot of yogurt for dinner for 3 days in a row, you will notice a remarkable increase in your body's strength, immune system and regeneration.

It is very important that the solar wind speed is at the favorable speed. If not, and there is a geomagnetic storm, this will not be as effective and can cause harm to the body, as the research shows.

Usually at the first start of a cosmic ray increase, you will really feel the rejuvative energies after the solar flux had calmed down.

Another very powerful time to do the pole balancing exercise and when these energies are strongest is just after a thunderstorm or rainstorm.  This is when a large number of negative ions are in the air. These negative ions are also available in, many natural phenomena such as lightning, rolling ocean waves, cosmic rays, waterfalls and UV light.

The reason people in the cities have more energy and are in more physical shape as they grow older, is because of city's "resonance". Geomagnetic activity helps harmonize the different groups of cells in the body. Fluctuation in terrestrial magnetism causes heart attacks in people. As an overall future forecasting guide. The solar flare prediction by NOAA is an approximate guide to overall geomagnetic and solar activity. Thanks to NASA, NOAA and other space agencies, we are now able to accurately forecast in almost real time the most important events related to a solar flare. Know when a Solar Flare is going to occur.

This is key. By knowing in advance, when a solar flare is about to occur, you can prepare to catch the life stream process that occurs. You can also cross/correlate this with the solar wind speed. Usually the higher the solar wind speed, the more powerful the solar flare.

The Peak of the Solar Flare

The stronger the solar flare the higher the solar flux readings and therefore the stronger the 2mev electron storm 3-4 days later. Not all solar flares will have an accompanying 2mev storm. They are only highest around the equinoxes.

The Peak of the Solar Flare

The stronger the solar flare the higher the solar flux readings and therefore the stronger the 2mev electron storm 3-4 days later. Not all solar flares will have an accompanying 2mev storm. They are only highest around the equinoxes.

Take the supplement shown on EZ3DBIZ.COM two days in a row, on day 8 after a solar flare for maximum bodily rejuvenation. This is usually when the solar wind is at a favorable wind speed.

Days 5 & 6 after a solar flare are the only days you can take junk food and that is all, as the body readily eliminates these from the system quickest and most efficiently during this time. You must re-maintain self control of foods after going on this "binge".

You can experience this ATP feeling for yourself by subjecting your body to hot/cold water 3 times for 2 to 3 minutes at each interval. This can be done in either a hot tub and than cold shower or sweat room and pool 3 times. You will find your body "wakes up" and your skin and muscle tone improves after doing this for a period of time. When taking cold shower, take a warm shower first, and than at the end, slowly expose your body to cold water, only reducing the hot water gradually until the cold water is at the temperature your body can barely tolerate it. There are 2 parts to the human body.

The further from the equator, the lower the UVB reading even at mid-day, because the sun will be lower in the sky. The lowest readings of all will be seen at high latitudes in either hemisphere during winter months - when the days are short and the sun does not rise high in the sky.

This effect is easily seen by examining the above chart. At the December solstice the sun is almost directly overhead at Alice Springs, in the Northern Territories, Australia. On clear days the UVB rises to above 100 microwatts per square centimetre (µW/cm²) by 8.00am and reaches over 450µW/cm² by noon. Levels above 20µW/cm² are seen for 11 hours or more.
The further north that recordings are made, the lower the maximum (noon) reading and of course, the shorter the day. In Florida, for example, at latitudes 25 - 30N, observers recorded maximum readings around 150 - 250 µW/cm² whereas further north in Colorado, 40N, readings only just topped 100µW/cm². Readings here were boosted, too, by the high altitude; not much further north, in Illinois at 42N, only 70 - 90µW/cm² was seen. Around 50N, the days are very short at this time of the year and UVB levels are very low indeed. The maximum reading taken in Wales (latitude 52N), despite clear sunlight, was only 29µW/cm²; and at Helsinki at 60N, our observer climbed onto his roof to see the sun and recorded only 7µW/cm².
Readings taken over several days, from the same location, can be used to gain a clearer picture of the UVB available throughout the course of a day. Figures 5 and 6 show recordings taken in Wales over four days in March and early April 2005, and seven days in June 2005, respectively.
The amount of UV radiation that reaches the earth's surface can vary greatly depending on the following factors: time of year or season, time of day, weather conditions, surfaces, altitude, and latitude.

Season, Time of Day, and Weather Conditions
The amount of UV radiation that reaches the earths surface is higher during the summer months, when the sun's rays are more direct. The middle of the day, when the sun is highest, has the highest UV exposure. This period can vary from 10 am to 2 pm (or 11 am - 3 pm for Daylight Savings Time). Different types of cloud cover may block or enhance UV rays. While thick, dark clouds can block UV radiation, puffy or thin-layered clouds do not. Hazy days may see just as high UV values reaching the surface as on clear days. Some clouds may even increase the radiation by reflecting and refracting the sun's rays or the skyshine back to the ground.

Elevation or Altitude
At higher altitudes, more UV can get reach the earth's surface, because the atmosphere tends to be cleaner and thinner than at lower elevations.

Reflective Properties of Surfaces

Bright surfaces can reflect the sun's rays and increase the UV exposure. Snow, sand, water, and concrete will reflect most UV radiation. Thus, your skin will receive a much higher dose of UV radiation when near one of these materials. Contrary to expectations, a snow skiier can be sunburned during the middle of winter while skiing on a mountain slope due to this factor.

Regions of the World, or Latitude

People living close to the equator, at low latitudes, experience extremely high levels of UV radiation. Locations such as Australia, South America, and Africa all lie within this region. This plays a factor for us here in Arizona, due to our far southern location with regard to much of the rest of the United States.

So how much more UV radiation am I receiving in Flagstaff, versus in Phoenix?
As mentioned earlier, UV radiation increases with altitude. This increase has been shown to be between 4-5% for every 1000 feet ascended. Thus, for the same day in June, the amount of UV radiation would be approximately 27% higher in Flagstaff than in Phoenix (about 6000 feet elevation difference). If you were going from Phoenix to the top of the San Francisco Peaks (approximately 12,000 feet), you would experience an increase in UV radiation of about 50%!

If you were to do this on a day in the winter with snowfall on the ground at Flagstaff, you would also have to factor in the affect of the reflection of UV radiation on the snow, and your UV exposure would go from 27% higher (just due to the elevation difference) to approximately 100% higher due to snow on the ground (snow is approximately four times more reflective than desert). While skiing up at 10,000 feet, you would receive about 200% higher levels of UV radiation than you would receive on the same day in the winter in Phoenix.

This underscores the important fact that protection from the sun should be even more of a concern for anyone who is planning activities at higher elevations, even in the winter
